We enjoyed our two night stay here! A short walk from the train station, and everything else we wanted to do and see was very walkable. Don't miss the zoo--its amazing. The reception on the 7th floor was very nice. As our room was not ready at check in, the staff offered us a free drink in the lounge--very nice. The room was small but comfortable and we enjoyed the breakfast--lots of options! Recommended

Stayed for one night as part of a multi city trip, but we wish we could’ve stayed longer. Great value for money and so much more space than other hotels that are more expensive. Everything you’d need including a kitchen. Staff were friendly and stored luggage for us when we were leaving. Only a 5 minute walk from the train station.

I traveled to Antwerp for an extended work trip with two colleagues in September and October of 2023. I cannot give enough praise to the staff of Premier Suites Plus Antwerp. They were phenomenal during our stay there. They went above and beyond to make us feel at home. By the time we left, we felt like family. Premier Suites is conveniently located near Antwerp Central Station; and there are numerous restaurants in walking distance. Parking is located next door; and there is a laundry facility on site. If I ever return to Antwerp, there is no question that I will stay at Premier Suites. Thank you again to the wonderful staff!

The Premier Suites Plus Antwerp is only about six minutes walk from the central railway station and is easy to find. In the diamond/jewellery area with a lot of restaurants, cafes and bars close to it and also only ten minutes walk from the main shopping area and maybe fifteen to the main plaza/old town. Reception is on the 7th floor of the building. Despite arriving before normal check-in time the receptionist had a room ready within about ten minutes, an executive room which featured an oven, hob, sink, coffee machine, cutlery and crockery as well as washing liquid and washing machine powder. The bed was comfortable as were the pillows, the lighting was good if not great, the wifi worked well, the air-conditioning was reasonable, the room also featured USB drives each side of the bed, a table and chairs and the room was bigger than the majority of double rooms that you find in most European hotels. The shower was a bit temperamental and rather strange as you had to stand in the bath with an old fashioned type of shower fitting and no anti-slip bathmat or similar, but it sufficed. The usual hotel style shampoo and body wash is provided. The staff were very pleasant throughout. On the 7th floor there is also a small laundry room with three washing machines and three tumble dryers however when we were there, it got very busy and there was a queue to be able to use them depending on what time of the day you tried! Also on the 7th floor there is a pool table, the breakfast dining area, a bar with draught and bottle beers/wine an outdoor terrace with tables, chairs and umbrellas to shade the sun.....very pleasant sitting outside in the evenings and the beer was no more expensive than the nearby bars and restaurants. Also on the 7th floor is a coffee machine which guests are free to use and a variety of books in various languages that guests can take to read. Breakfast consisted of the usual continental variety. Yoghurt, cereals, breads, rolls, pastries, croissants, fruit juice, coffee machine, bacon, sausages, cold meats, cheeses etc. Maybe not the biggest selection but it was tasty and well-presented. Overall, an enjoyable experience and we thought it was god value for money. Would we stay again if in Antwerp? Yes.

We spent one night at this hotel while passing through Belgium and I think it's ok for a short stay. The location is good in the sense that it is near the train station and walkable to the major attractions, but it is a slightly dodgy area. The setup is strange - check-in on 7/F and there are only 2 (slow) lifts which means oftentimes you have to wait a bit. Room is well-equipped with a small kitchenette (new and clean appliances), soft comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom with Italian rainshower. Breakfast is above average with a good range of good quality options, although we did find the price a bit steep. Walls are paper thin - you can hear everything going on next door. The main problem we had was with the staff. Girl at check-in made a mistake about our reservation and I had to do the payment twice. Other staff were fine but honestly none of the service stood out or felt genuine. Felt like they were just going through the motions and getting everyone in/out the door as quickly as possible. It's a shame because the hotel has potential but the service level is just not up to par.

Came by the other day and it was a decent experience, although with some bizarre quirks. Booked direct for the "Executive Family Studio with Kitchen" and the front desk agent printed out a contract with a "Deluxe Studio." When I inquired about the difference, another employee quickly chimed in that I "got upgraded" and my original room had no kitchen?!? As the "Executive Studio with Kitchen" has kitchen in the name, I inquired a second time, and the employee raised her voice saying that the room was the same?!? A 3rd employee eventually came in, after reviewing their own website, and started talking about the Penthouse suite (completely irrelevant?!?). Attempted to use the laundry room located behind the secure door using my keycard and had to answer 21 questions to the front desk agent with my room number, my full name, and the company I was representing (all with a load of dirty laundry in my arms), which was completely bizarre. At 7 am, the agent claimed that someone on my floor booked a taxi?!? (also completely irrelevant?!?) The studio itself was pretty spacious, although with some quicks. For example, the bathroom was dated, unlike the pictures on the website. More importantly, it was bizarre to have a handheld shower installed on the long side of the bathtub, vs the short side?!? ...also might have been helpful to use a curved shower curtain to make showering less claustrophobic... Water pressure was usable although the shower curtain had a strange smell... Highlights of the studio included the comfortable bed, although slightly lumpy in areas, with quality sheets and towels. The kitchen itself was modern and fully stocked, including 2 bottles of water in the kitchen. The "welcome gift" appeared to be the 2 dishwashing tablets and manual dishwashing liquid... Booking direct, the confirmation indicated that there would be a "welcome drink upon arrival" Perhaps the 2 bottles of water in the fridge was it?!? Other anomalies included super dark lighting at night. The lighting was insufficient in the dining area, which made it quite dark to work and read in. There was a freestanding light that helped provide additional lighting in the sleeping area. It was also odd to see that the room number listed on my in room telephone was different from the one on my door?!? The laundry room was complimentary and fantastic! There was also complimentary laundry detergent. A wash takes 2-3 hours and a dry takes 1+ hour. The signage against the wall with instructions on how to use the washing machine didn't match the actual washing machine which was confusing at best...

We stayed for three nights. Gentle staff, breakfast suffizient, rooms very clean and nice. Parking was a problem. With our VW bus we could not enter (dont come with a big car) . So we had to park in the neighborhood (expensive). Hotel offered us a place for our bicycles during the night. We can recommend the location and would certainly come again.

I stayed in this hotel in the past weekend and it was impeccable considering the people-factor. I was preparing for my wedding there. Some examples: -they let me come and inspect 3 rooms, when I booked it first and though I booked only 1, to see which one I chose for the day itself; - I booked with booking.com, but was encouraged to book directly to get a discount on the booking.com price. When trying that, I saw there is also a free check-in drink provided for those booking directly. When doing so, the discount did not show and the end price was even 3 Euro higher than booking.com. But they thanked me so much for pointing it out that the system had an error and were so friendly and nice about it, that it erases it all. When I said I went to book directly cause of a nice perk of a complimentary drink, not for a discount, they just offered to include the drink anyway. So I had it upon check in. Thus, I never mentioned the increase of 3 Euro in comparison to my initial booking.com price, cause of how nice they were. And I`m very happy about never mentioning it, cause later on they were even nicer!!!!! - they suggested and then arranged for my visitors to get the keys directly at the reception to not bother me while preparation. Super handy!; - they solved the issue with the light immediately and they showed how to use the coffee machine immediately upon request, both of which was very important due to timing; -they left behind 2 small cava bottles in a nice bag and 2 champagne glasses in the room, for free, just because they read a note in my booking that I had a wedding preparation there!!how attentive can one be!; -they have 2 free water bottles in the fridge; - they put me in a room with a bath PLUS a nicer view than I expected, cause they heard me say a bath and a view were priorities; -they let us leave our stuff behind in the hotel and in their fridge, too for 4 hrs for free. All in all, people made it happen. All of this was so friendly and nice that its difficult to encounter these days. I applaud for this level of service and I`m very grateful!!! Impeccable.

I stayed at PS+ for five weeks with a large group of international visitors in town for work and we could not have asked for a better place to stay! Maya and her staff are friendly, kind, attentive to detail, and always willing to go the extra mile. Our rooms were spacious, bright, and equipped with kitchenettes that allowed for us to cook which really helps to make it feel like home. The 7th floor lobby was a great gathering place for delicious breakfast in the mornings and drinks and games of pool in the evenings. I particularly loved the cozy couches by the fireplace. Location is prime - the hotel is a five minute walk from Antwerp Central Train station and steps away from dozens of shops, restaurants, and anything else you might need. Simply put, the vibes are good here! Would absolutely recommend to anyone and would stay here again in a heartbeat.
