The hotel is located conveniently close to the berlaymont building as well as close to many embassy’s and EU offices. (Bath)rooms are somewhat outdated and lacking a modern and up to date touch. Staff is friendly and helpful. In general it’s one of the cheaper places in the area. …

Nice hotel with a grumpy receptionist

The location of the hotel is very good, not far from centre, in a very quiet place. The room is spacious, very comfortable beds, very clean bedding. There were a few stains on the carpet but other than that it was clean. We didnt feel welcomed at out check in carried out by an older gentleman who was far from being friendly. However, check out was ok, the receptionist was a young Italian man who was very very friendly. Anyway, we are quite pleased with our stay and wouldn t mind to stay at this hotel again…

Not go as aspect

I was charged by 16 euros for a tourist tax that I didn't know about. And the receptionist was very rude The room was big and the bed is good but the room is old with a lot of problems. The shower has some problems and after you showed the bathroom is flooded. The freezer is disgusting and doesn't work, no dusty, kettle dirty and with water inside, carpet has a lot of stains, the toilet has stains as well, old towels, but during our stayover, the housekeeping manage to clean the room properly but please do not move personal things around. No communication with the reception and we stay lock outside because no one told us that there are no receptionist 24hours How it says in the front door.…

Nice stay

Arrived early, but the friendly guy at the reception allowed us to check in already. The room was great, the bed was comfortable and all was clean. Only downside was that the airconditioning was not working, so it was rather warm.Though, they tried to fix this by placing a fan in the room. And we only had two small towels which were not big enough for showering, but we managed. Our overall stay was really good, and the distance to the metrostation was not too long, and it brings you all around the city. We had a good time and would come back here in the future. …

DON'T BE FOOLED, THIS PLACE IS A... YOU GUESSED IT A DUMP!! From start to finish this place had me heated. For one there's no AC, not ideal for the summer, the room was disgusting with a dirty carpet and the bathroom was even worse!! Saw bugs several times before I packed up and left for another hotel.…
