I usually find some good things to say about a hotel. Sadly not this time. This hotel needs an overhaul in both fabrication and in staff training. The check in was ok but little to write about. The room was dirty. The entrance carpet had mud stains on it and the shower/bath was moldy. Not so much as a plastic...

This hotel needs a major renovation! Rooms are in very bad shape and not really clean. Wifi is only available in lobby . Staff was not attentive for the guests during breakfast but on the mobile phone most of the time.

I was aware of 'renovations' when I made the booking. However internet connection in all rooms was broken, the bar shut in the evening because of broken freezers and my room flooded due to broken pipes in the room opposite. The Alliance may well become a pleasant place to stay post renovation but for now, leave well alone!

Wow. I don't know what to say I'm so VERY ANGRY at this hotel and specifically at the receptionist. . I left my stuff in my room today, new clothes, a book I love that I bought overseas in a museum and can never have again unless paying 400 euros for the trip, receipts and money, toys. EVERYTHING WAS GONE...

Stayed here for the night before heading to Rock Werchter a few years ago. Went out in Brussels for drinks with friends so wasn't fussed about internet access or TV, bar or entertainment e.t.c. Slept well.

Overall the room was comfortable, but there was no WIFI and the treat wasn´t very nice. The best thing was the breakfast, only 10 euros and it was very well. I would recommend to take in account the internet signal, because as a traveller it´s very important.

I never spend time writing negative reviews, life's too short but for the sake of humanity and for people intending on staying here...... please don't, its dirty, the rooms are tiny, the breakfast is awful, the service is awful, the beds stink, the bathrooms are falling apart and don't be fooled by the pictures! You would be better buying a...
