I was given a room on the ground floor in the new block, which was frankly pretty grim. It was dark, and while large, was pretty gloomy. To be fair, it was clean. The bathroom, in particular, had a damp smell, and the shower was over the bath, and had a curtain rather than a fixed door (which I hate)....

The location couldn't be better - 3 mins from train station. My sister and I got a great deal on a twin junior suite room in the modern section. Lovely spacious room facing inner courtyard, perfectly quiet, comfy beds (though we needed to move them - we requested twin and there was maybe 6 inches between them!). Really nice girl...

I was here with my wife and three children and we were booked in one of the suites in the old part of the hotel. The location is great, the breakfast buffet was very good and the staff very nice, but the room was a bit dusty. The sofa-bed was also not very comfortable.

Our room was inexpensive if a bit quirky, situated on the top floor with elevator access only to the floor below and low, angled ceilings. The shower in the top-floor rooms may be a bit of a trick for taller people (6'+). The room was clean, comfortable and quiet, wifi worked well, and the staff was great. The lobby is...

Really nice stay! I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights due to a business meeting in Brussels and I slept very well in this beautifully decorated and cosy room. No noises around and an extremely comfortable bed and bathroom. The service was impeccable, I definitely recommend this place.

We stayed here 4 nights while we were in Brussels several months ago. We chose the budget room option, but the room was beautiful and very spacious. We had a top floor room and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the hotel. We primarily chose this hotel due to location. It's very close to both the train station and Grand...

This is really nice hotel to sleep well in the center of Brussels. Room was quiet and in every sense comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Tasty and lot of different choices. I warmly recommend this hotel.

The location was perfect. If booking in advance, one may find a great price for Brusseles and a hotel of this type. The (standard) room is really spaceous, with a small kitchenette (separated from the room by the door, there is a kettle and a fridge) and separate bathroom and toilette. I am in love with high ceilings and hard...

I attempted to book this hotel though a booking web site twice. I booked the hotel, and it was cancelled. I then rebooked the same hotel for the same nights and it was again cancelled. Both times the hotel cancelled the reservation, so that it could sell the room at a higher rate. The excuse was that my credit card...

A perfect hotel for a weekend in Brussels! We had a very nice room on the top floor. The room was big and cosy. Despite the location in the middle of Brussels, there was no noice at night from the streets (our room went out to the back yard). So sleeping was excellent. The hotel area was also very nice,...
