This is rated a 4-star hotel. Staff was not too helpful and got our wake-up call wrong. It is really inconvenient not to provide free wi-fi to customers. The location was good, just outside of Gare Centrale. The room was attractive and clean. We stayed in the back end of the building to avoid the noise from the Place d'Espagne...

Loved the location next to the train station and Grande Palace. Also loved the beautiful window in our room and the air conditioning. We were given the choice to have a room at the back and it was quiet. We arrived early and was happy they let us have the room before check in. Although staff were very friendly our...

It is one minute to the Grand Place, 3 minutes to Central Station and very handy for Museums etc..Can't fault the location- ace. However as previous reviewers have said the rooms are dark (we had a suite Room 610) and while it was nice to have the extra space, not sure it is worth the extra money - not even...

Very good location. Metro and Cenrtal Railway Station is at its back and the Old Town is just in front. Room is clean and tidy. Size is appropriate. Breakfast has adequate choice of food. No hot drink inside room and has to go to the lobby. Bit inconvenient but still acceptable. Price is very reasonable compare to other European cities....

Returned from a 1 night stay at this hotel. As the title states the location was superb as very close to Central Station and Grand Place. The room was very large but pretty dark, could have done with a touch of colour maybe and some better lighting. The view from our room on the 3rd floor was superb but unfortunetly...

We stayed only 1 night and were very lucky to stay in room 602 which must have the best view from the hotelroomwindow, straight onto the marketsquare downstairs and the Great Market-towers in front of you. Very comfy room, Good buffetbreakfast and easy (paid) parking. It's also on a very short walking distance from the Brussel Central Trainstation. Perfect for...

Our bedroom was very dark and dingy and small. Not a four star experience. No restaurant (other than breakfast) or bar. Lobby small and dark and this was the only area for relaxation. Free coffee in the lobby was terrible. The air conditioning in the bedroom was useless. No amenities. Internet charged at €10.00 per day. Had spent three nights...

I stayed here while enroute home from Africa and wanted to stay downtown rather than an airport hotel. Picked up the info from TA and booked through my travel agent with a web rate of 107euro with full breakfast. The room was upgraded to a junior suite (?) with separate sitting/work area, king sized bedroom with double french doors onto...
