Small room, average standard. Nor anything extra. We had the room on floor -1, not to be recommended. Bring your own shampoo and conditioner since they don’t provide it. Small reception and not the feeling of a hotel. I was quite disappinted.

Hotel's Favourite
It's essentially a furnished one bed apartment complete with tiny kitchenette. Would be great for an extended stay as it's roomy and you could save some money by cooking some of your meals. The bed was comfy but we found the pillows to be very flat. Had to fold them. It seems like it's in the business district about a 20 minute walk from the old town. Parking was easy in a private lot down the block. Would stay again.

Great and clean rooms, ideal for a comfortable stay in Brussel! It has the perfect mix between the independant apartment like feeling incl. kitchen and couch while still having the daily room service of a hotel. Very central location only a few minutes away from Schuman station as well as a walkable distance from the city center.

Great place for my quick stay, with attentive service, beautiful old-Brussels style decoration. Kitchenette was very useful. I didn't like the feel of the pillow, and they got me another one which was perfect.

It was a pleasant stay. Clean and comfortable room, with a lot of facilities and a parking place a few meters from the hotel. However, the check in procedure was very far from my expectations, as it was not a friendly wellcome although I had prepayed my stay.

Very convenient and comfortable apartment. Staff always attentive and helpful, nothing too much trouble. Good restaurants and travel hubs within easy walking distance, and for somewhere so central, quiet and peaceful.

Good: The staff was very pleasant and friendly upon check-in. The room was huge, with nice lighting from the rooftop windows. There is quirky room naming system which was endearing with the quaint atmosphere. The room pricing was really great value to Brussels. They provide a massive list of cable channels in the room. Bad: Furniture, glassware and bedding is a bit older, along with some odd decorations to help fill the large room. The entrance is also a bit odd, and the location is quite but a 15 minute walk with your luggage from any station. The shower had some odd spray patterns and it was easy to soak the bathroom with water and steam. Overall not bad, but its a bit like staying at a friends house after college.

Perfect location in Brussels. The staff attention was impecable. Rooms were spacious, clean and well decorated. I had to work and the Internet connection was fast and reliable . Breakfast was amazing!!!
