The best thing about this hotel was the location. Central and close to the attentions. However the wifi was horrible and the staff were not so pleasant. The breakfast buffet consisted of a few slices of cheese, sliced bread, cornflakes and afew croissants. Once the so called breakfast had ended the electricity was turned off so that people would leave...

You might not have been satisfied with your stay and that is fine - but to invent a lie that we shut off electricity so people leave is quite absurd. M

Arrived late in Brussels without a hotel reservation. After asking at a couple hotels, we found the price of this one the most reasonable. The front desk attendant told us that for 90 EUR a night we would get the biggest room in the place (slept three people) and it had a big window and a tv. We paid cash...

cons: Really a run-down place. Missing such basic things as lobbay and elevator. My room was really worn out and could have been cleaned better. Breakfast... well look at the picture and decide yourself. Difficult to distinguish tea from coffee. pros: great location, nice staff, free (shaky) wifi

I came across this hotel when I was visiting London, and decided to book it base on the location. The room was small with a small shower, but I figured I wouldn't be paying for the comfort and cleanliness of the hotel. This hotel was however really close to Grand Place and convenient to walk around. It was also close...

Location is excellent, easy to walk to main square, shops and restaurants /bars. Central railway station 5/10 min walk along with metro stops nearby. Hotel has stairs to climb up to reception on 1st floor. Room OK clean and comfy with no noise. WiFi worked perfectly. Pleasant staff and breakfast was OK. Croissants, jam, drink toast but not self serve.

Pros: Very helpful and pleasant staff. Clean. Location. Simple but acceptable breakfast provided. Cons: No air conditioner, only a stand fan so its hot and stuffy during the summer afternoons. Overall: Pleasant place, no complains.

Excellent location - breakfast included (no choice but fair) croissants, bread, cheese, jam, tea, coffee - i recommend it for a night or 2, don't expect much, we didn't stay in the room, we were out all day visiting the city, so acceptable for sleeping for 70€ (you mainly pay for the location not the service) - staff was helpful...

its conveniently located next to the main square, in walking distance from all the main sights of brussels. The staff were really helpful and solved immediately any issues we had (heating system didnt quite work in the room, but we were moved to another one immediately). the price is really low

Perfect location, affordable prices, clean rooms and great staff! Highly recommended for its perfect location in the city center next to all touristic places and just 2 min walk to the Central train/metro station Basic breakfast, but you don't need more when all the gauffres/waffle shops and pastries are around your hotel
