The staff was excellent! They were so friendly and answered every question we had. Nice room situated above the galerie so we could open the window and look below at the passersby. Not too noisy and close to many shops. Very walkable for sightseeing.

This hotel is in a great central location 2 mins from Brussels central. It is located in a beautiful arcade. The hotel is very tasteful in its decoration and the bedrooms very well appointed. The staff were efficient and welcoming.

4th floor room, quiet, all necessary available. Nice touch of old building, excellent location and due to small number of rooms, almost private breakfast with exellent service. Would come again. Friendly staff.
