Just stayed at Camping L’ Eau Rouge for 2 nights during our trip to Spa Francorchamps for a track day. The lodge we stayed in had a gas heater which was really appreciated as it was -2 degrees which kept us lovely and cosy. Comfortable mattresses too and a well stocked kitchen. The camp facilities were spotless and showers really nice and warm. We stayed onsite for a few beers after our day on track, Danny and Thomas couldn’t do enough for us, all told an absolutely fantastic trip, and will be going to visit again in August, can’t wait for our next trip to Camping L’Eau Rouge. Thanks again Danny and Thomas Kevin Claxton

This family run campsite have been brilliant. Despite all the hassle and money they lost postponing everyone’s bookings for the 2020 F1 they made everything easy and stress free. Now they made it clear to me this was because the event wasn’t going ahead and they couldn’t have anyone so when I couldn’t go again I knew I would loose my deposit. However they were so nice about the last minute cancellation and I can’t blame them for keeping the deposit. This campsite has like all of us had a hard couple of years so everyone complaining they didn’t get their money back isnt fibbing. However how you can be mad at a company who’s tried their best to accommodate you I don’t know it’s not their fault you can’t go 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️ Guys if you see this let me know where the mailing list is to be informed when next years camping opens for F1 totally booking and I’ll be there this time!!!

We booked and paid a deposit to this campsite (148 euros) but due to Covid have been unable to attend. We were booked in for August 2021 but are unable to travel to Belgium due to not being double vaccinated. The Belgium government are not allowing travellers into Belgium who have not be double vaccinated. We fall into this category by a few weeks, as this is not our fault, we asked if we could postpone our trip until later in the year when we are able to enter Belguim. The answer was no, you forfeit your deposit even though we can't make the trip due to the Belgium government regulations.

Refused to refund or offer alternative to a booking I made for the F1 weekend in 2020. Due to Covid 19 I was unable to travel to Belgium and they offered to move the booking to 2021 which I accepted last year but now they refuse to transfer the booking and tell me my booking has expired and there is nothing they can do. They stole my money and the customer service is appalling and claim it’s not their fault when in fact it is.

The location is ideally situated close to cycling and walking paths. Francorchamps circuit is also near. We rented a kind of caravan. Make sure to bring really warm bedcovers and cloths as the owners ask us to cutt the heating during night. The floor gets freezing and growing to the loo becomes a reall challenge. For the rest there is a cool.playground for the kids and a soccer field. In short, a real holiday saver as we were supposed to go to southern France but we're caught in the locked down.

This camp site is refusing to refund my deposit for this coming weekend even though they are closed and have no open bar or restaurant anyway. They only offerted to postpone my booking to later this season which does not work for us at all. They are stealing my money and I advise anyone to think very carefully about how poorly they are acting during this crisis. I understand it is hard on business but this action is just disgusting. I have visited here twice before with very large groups but will never go back. The owners should be ashamed of themselves, Utterly disgusting.

Very nice camping surrounded by green hills. The owners are very kind dutch speaking people. The facilities are clean and modern. The camping ground itself has all comfort, even a swimming pool. Recommended.

We knew what to expect but our expectations were exceeded. We had space to erect our awning, the electrical supply did not cut out and the site was kept clean. The only downside was the people who feel that everyone wants to listen to their "music" all bloody night. If the site staff could shut these guys down at 22.00 things would be perfect

The chalets are clean, 3 bedrooms for 2 people (6 totally), with shower and toilet in it. We were there for 11 nights and the weather was perfect. In the evenings it is much cooler. The swimming pool is lovely. Location is perfect, 2 km tot Stavelot en 5 km to the circuit. There is a playning ground fot choldren and in the high season there are activities. There is a little river with small rocks beside the camping place, Fishing only with vignet.

Facilities are excellent, everything you need is here including a lovely swimming pool. Frank and Franka who run the site are very helpful and friendly, and nothing is too much trouble for them. The location is perfect - close to Spa-Francorchamps circuit and local amenities, but still secluded and peaceful with beautiful views over the countryside and plenty local wild birdlife.
