Having finally got here, we were greeted buy helpful bright staff who quickly and efficiently dispatched keys and information to our party. Having reached our room on the 2nd floor, our room is clean well appointed with all modern amenities. Except tea and coffee making facilities! So back to reception and the bar who quickly made our tea(€6) gave me...

Dear Robert, Thanks for your point of view regarding your experience at Ibis Aalst Centrum hotel. The entire staff appreciates your kind words regarding the service delivered. We feel grateful for your comment that means a lot to us. In fact, we don't provide coffee machine or water heater. But our bar is open 24/24 and offers hot beverages. It...

This hotel was not far from the motorway and check in was very quick with friendly and polite staff. The breakfast was first class with everything available that you would possibly want. The rooms were a bit small but as it was only one night that was OK. The bed was very comfortable.

Plain but acceptable. Next to main motoway crossing Belgium East to West. Close enough to Brussels without the exorbitant prices in Brussels. Great breakfast. 1 negative point. Underground carpark. 9€ for 1 night , why ?

We arrived late afternoon Thursday 2 march at the hotel to just have a few minutes ride to work. The guy that worked at the reception should look for a another profession. So unfriendly and not participating. Will not come back.. Breakfast with good standard. The renovation is told to be done in two weeks or so. The man on...

This hotel is what Ibis used to stand for years ago. Despite the fact that I have resided in many Ibis hotels around Europe at great satisfaction, this hotel is noisy, outdated, smells like a pub, and the breakfast is flooded with Asian people that do not understand European Breakfast. These Asian people you most likely have met the night...

Stayed here 6th November en route to Calais from Austria. The hotel is less than two minutes off the motorway. Good, free parking outside the hotel and an adjacent pay car park is next door. Very friendly reception/bar staff. The room we had was a family room. It was spacious with good hanging space. The bathroom was a plastic cubicle...

Great hotel! I've stayed there many times and am always happy with the service. Rooms are very clean and comfortable, the staff are friendly and helpful and the croissants are just awesome. The location is perfect if you travel by car, so you avoid driving to the city centre and struggling to find a parking, but if you travel by...

Not the most attractive hotel at first sight, but once inside we found it to be really lovely. Spacious and well decorated. We were booked in promptly by a very pleasant receptionist. Our room on the first floor was more than adequate, free wifi, comfy beds, television, fantastic bathroom. We decided to walk into Aalst for dinner even though the...

One of the good places in aalst for your next stay and even for those people traveling to Brussels and have their own cars to drive around. Functional and modern rooms with elaborate breakfast buffet. Warm and welcome reception. Highly appreciate the lady on the breakfast, very pleasing and nice to talk.
