The owners are lovely and kind, helpful. The place is exactly how I wanted my stay in Bruges, even though it's 3 stars, an old house with lots of decorations, small details, it's feel like a very special place. Bath tub , fun! Big size bed very comfortable. Sunday morning Breakfast was quiche was delicious.

We stayed for a long weekend and were very happy with the B&B. The building, like its owners, is full of character and charm. It's almost like a museum with the extensive collection of antiques, artefacts and collectables. It's in a super location, only a short walk to market square, past lovely shops, bars and restaurants. Breakfast was also lovely,... More

Wonderful, quiet B&B with two fantastic hosts. Delicious, full breakfast which included items prepared at the moment by one of the hosts. The whole place is like a museum with its collection of eclectic objects. Access to cold drinks steps from the room. Extremely comfortable bed. If you can't do stairs, then you will want to skip it as you... More

Dietrich and Erika manage a lovely B&B in Bruges. My wife and I had a great time staying with them for a few days, renting their bikes to go to Damme, and enjoying all that Bruges has to offer. The rooms was spacious and well-appointed. Dietrich's collections can be found throughout the house and we enjoyed reviewing them. Breakfast was... More

Le Flaneur must be one of the most pleasant and interesting B & Bs Ive stayed in. Only a 7 -10 minute stroll to the city centre (Markt) from a quiet part of town, the location is excellent. Hosts Erika & Dietrich are delightful, helpful , interesting - yet not intrusive people. I enjoyed my stay in their residence immensely.... More

Le Faneur is one of the best B&B's we've ever stayed in. It's far enough out of the centre to be quiet and peaceful, yet close enough to be only a 5 minute stroll from the centre of town. Dietrich & Erika own and run the B&B on their own and it truly is a labour of love. They are... More

Fantastic B&B with loads of charm. We stayed here two nights just before christmas and absolutely loved it. The lovely owners and their AMAZING breakfasts made our stay even more enjoyable. They are continuing to work on the B&B but this goes by unnoticed. The building has lots of character and is centrally located to all the sights. Lots of... More

We had a wonderful stay at Le Flaneur. The rooms were spacious, the beds nice and fluffy (although a bit bouncy), but definitely the best part was breakfast. Truly the most wonderful meals we had in Bruges; especially made by the great couple that runs the place. Freshly baked breads and freshly squeezed fruit juices are standard fare. The one... More

Myself and two friends stayed at Le Flaneur this weekend and I found it to be the most unique and enchanting place I have ever stayed. A beautiful building, wonderfully decorated in beautiful antiques. Incredibly cosy beds. Delicious homemade breakfasts. Erika and Dietrich couldn't be more welcoming. Didn't want to leave and can't wait to go back.

“Our room No.2 was excellent on top floor with sky light window looking on to neighbouring roof tops; very quiet and comfortable, standard size shower, basin & separate toilet. Would most likely request same again. Did not get the chance to see the other rooms so if you have any special requirements or needs email and discuss options.”
