We just loved the House of Seasons in Bruges - absolute luxury and very caring staff who made sure that you were happy with everything. The apartment was huge and beautiful. A great breakfast got each day off to a great start. Would highly recommend and great value too.
Stayed in a 3 bedroom suite (Mistral 2) last week during a visit to Bruges with family. Room was perfect and clean, staff were lovely and friendly. Hotel was lovely and central which was just what we were looking for. The breakfast room had lots of character and the breakfast buffet was well stocked. Private parking was good too when we finally found it given the number of one way systems in Bruges and the small entrance from the street, Parking spaces were tight in a big car but the car park was very secure as it was underground and the only access was via a car-elevator which i have never seen before.
We had originally booked for another hotel, but due to an issue with the original hotel, we were asked if we would mind moving to House of Seasons. We were so glad we agreed, we had an amazing apartment, with a loft bedroom with views of the tower in Market Square. Room was perfect, staff were more than helpful and polite, and always smiling.
We would highly recommend this hotel and will continue to use it ourselves.
Overall we had a nice stay. The staff for all very helpful and friendly. Our room was very spacious for our family of four, including two bedrooms and two bathrooms. All the usual amenities were included, such as towels, soap, shampoo, hair dryer etc. There were even a couple of bottles of water which was nice. The breakfast was also well above average, which included many pastries, cereal, meats, cheese and eggs. Plus coffee, tea and juice were available. More than enough to get your day going and then some. The hotel parking is a bit tricky, as it is quite limited right next to it. But the hotel does have their own private garage for extra charge, just need to arrange beforehand. You could also take a taxi from the train station. You can walk too, but wouldn't recommend if you have tons of bags, because it is about 20 mins by foot. Everything was great and I'd stay here again no problem! The location, price, and amenities were all well worth it.
Myself, my fiance and my parents stayed at The House of Bruges not The House of Seasons, but cannot find it on here, lovely hotel, only issue i had was the bath was in the room, certain things need a bit of privacy but I would stay here again if given a different room.
