Thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay at the Pand hotel. The staff are very welcoming and provide a lot of information and knowledge of Bruges. The common areas are very well maintained and very cosy to enjoy a night cap. On arrival we were offered an upgrade at a small fee.As it was a weekend celebrating my birthday, we decided...

Stayed here for four nights in a charming room. We were offered an upgrade, but would have cost quite a bit more. The room was comfortable and fine for our needs. Slightly disappointed by the cracked basin and the extractor fan not working in the bathroom. Good location , close to the centre, and lots of restaurants near by. The...

Good central location. Lovely staff. We didn't have the breakfast as we wanted to try out the local cafes. We did however have the fabulous night cap when we came back after evening dinner out. Ask for a coffee or something a little stronger and you are presented with an array of delicious goodies. We had the "charming room". Which...

We stayed there for 2 nights and the first thing I would like to highlight is the kindness of the staff! At each and every step, every person was lovely and efficient! The rooms have a very cosy atmosphere, each one being different. The public areas have a very nice vintage decoration, very warm. The breakfast is not big but...

I have been to reception of this hotel at the midnight asking for a room. It was nearly the 8-9th hotel and it was also full. But the best receptionist in the world was in charge for us. He fistly found a place for us to sleep that night and made our reservation for pand hotel for the next evening....

Stay here because I said so! It's a very welcoming spot with staff that will do all they can to make your time with them enjoyable. My wife and I spent two nights here earlier this year and enjoyed every comfortable minute of it. We will be back!

Stayed for four nights last week and really enjoyed the experience. We had a junior suite on the first floor which was well appointed with big windows that opened on to the street below. We had breakfast every morning in the hotel which was really good with lots of choice. The hotel is ideally located in the centre of Bruges...

The Pand was the perfect place for a weekend in Bruges with my husband for our first anniversary. The rooms are beautifully appointed and still have the feel of staying in a historic old home. As others have mentioned if you have a chance to upgrade to a junior suite on arrival, definitely take that option. We did, and our...

Bruges is a fairytale of a town and The Pand was such a delightful place to stay. It was clean, cute and the service was impeccable. When we arrived, the staff oriented us to the town, upgraded our room to a stunning one with an outdoor patio, sent us on a complimentary walking tour and directed us to a nice...

We stayed at the Pand this past weekend. It was a lovely hotel. We upgraded to the Junior Suite and it was wonderful. The breakfast was the best we have had in Europe. The staff was friendly and helpful. It is right in the heart of old town Bruges so very convenient to everything. It is in an 18th century...
