Hostel-type accommodation well below Ibis brand standard. Easily the worst Ibis I’ve stayed in worldwide. Room block dates from 1986 and clearly hasn’t been updated much, if at all. Double bed consisted of two singles pushed together and made up like a mortuary slab; woodchip…
Stayed for 3 nights and it was everything you would expect from a budget hotel. Perfect location to explore the city from and a wonderful city it is too. Our only complaint was the lack of tea or coffee making facilities in the room.
Clean, warm but very small and basic. The reception looks like a hotel but the rooms are poorly decorated with wood hip, cheap furniture, cheap laminate flooring, skimpy t h in towels, cheap weak hairdryer. Will not be staying here again.
A budget brand hotel which we were aware of prior to booking. We have stayed at numerous IBIS hotels in the past and so knew what to expect. Positives a) Convenient 10/15 min walk from the train station (Don’t mix this hotel up with the IBIS at the station). b) 10/15 min walk…
This hotel is a great location to explore Bruges at a great place. The staff were really friendly and our room was ready early which was a great bonus. The rooms are what you expect from an Ibis really, fairly basic (with woodchip wallpaper) but can't fault the cleanliness. …
"don't choose rooms next to main street"
"Take your own tea/coffee making facilities or maybe ask if they have them."
"All rooms are quiet and comfortable."
"Upper floors ok as lift is good and usually available"
"There are no safes for personal belongings and the pillows are hard and unforgiving. We both had stiff necks."
