The worst hotel (cannot be called hotel) I have stayed in my life. No toilet, no table, no wardrobe, no hangers, no light on the staircase, bulbs in the lights not working, only 1 chair to keep family clothes on, no proper wall between the room and the shower. It was dirty and smelled sour cabbage, one of the pictures... More

A slight exaggeration maybe but this hotel was not for me. On arrival, payment was required before we had a chance to see the room. To get to the room, we had to lug our suitcases up two flights of dimly lit stairs with no offer of help. There is no lift. We were under the impression that the room... More

Where to begin...don't let the nice-looking restaurant on the ground floor fool you, the hotel rooms on the upper floors are third world. The staff are rude once they've got your money, the toilet is smelly and dirty and shared by 10 rooms, the floors are so sloping that the blood rushes to your head as you sleep, and the... More

Very easy to find if you come by car. You can park your car in 't Zand (8 euros) parking garage or by the station, that's a 7 min walk from the hotel -trough a nice park- and it's only 3,50 for 24 hours. The hotel has a good location, it's at the beginning of the shoppingsstreet and within 10... More

This is a nice hotel at large town square, just above the restaurant. There is no reception desk so you need to go into the restaurant and ask waiter to complete check in and give you a key. Also, there is no space for sitting or spending time for a hotel visitors, just restaurant's tables. WIfi signal is very bad... More

The board outside said flemish stew and beer €39 for 2 people so we went in. We ask for special as advertised on the outside board. The waiter gave excuses about it being it was then after 6.30 and we would be getting better quality meat. There was no menyion on the board of time restrictions We felt it was... More

we had our lunch today and I still can't forgive my self of being so stupid... I wished to eat grilled Salmon (22.50 Euros) and the very arrogant waiter was like "I have a better fish for you... delicious" and I was like "OK" so he came with Slip Tong fish that looked more like anorexia fish and it didn't... I booked a double room for 80 euros a week in advance in Booking. The room literally fitted only the double bed, and a palm each size. The room wasn't that clean, there were spiderwebs on corners and I didn't want to move too much the courtains. The toilet is shared with 4 or 5 rooms so you can guess... More

I am sorry to say that but it was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed so far!!!! We paid 120€ and we didn't even have our own toilet in the room! The wc was at the end of the corridor, bed was horribly bad quality and the funniest thing of all was that our floor was uneven....... More

The only thing that saves this hotel is the location and the price. If I had paid more than £110 for two nights in December when the Christmas markets were on I would have been disappointed. The rooms were clean reasonable sized and the shared toilets were clean but there was only 1 shower over 2 floors which had seen... More
