Location: good position but no double glass meant loud noises from the square beneath make it hard to sleep. Payment: you have to pay at check-in before you see the room...as the rooms are so bad. Staff: rude (expect one older man, do not know his name), not helpful at all. Check-in: really late and the room where you can...

The hotel is within about a 10 minute walk of the train station and is very near the center. The check I. Counter is at the bar of the restaurant. If you are arriving late you would have a problem as once the restaurant closes there is no one there. The room was nice and big but very little space...

After reading some reviews on here after booking I was slightly sceptical of what to expect. Upon arrival we were too early for check in but the waiters were happy for us to leave our luggage whilst we went for a wander. We came back & enjoyed a few drinks in the bar prior to checking in. The waiters were...

I went here with some friends last weekend, having been to Bruges last year and loved the atmosphere and beer. The customer service was brilliant and very friendly. The place was clean and tidy, and did the job. Location cannot be beaten. Would be happy to stay again.

I stayed here to watch the Tour of Flanders last weekend. After looking at various hotel booking websites, this was the cheapest. The hotel prices are expensive in Bruges and especially during the ToF. I found the hotel to be clean and functional. Reception was courteous, efficient and they spoke excellent English. They were also very knowledgeable when asking about...

Shocking attitude. Poor service. Laissez faire approach to guests. Most disappointing experience in hotels i've ever had. Not to be recommended. Pick somewhere else. Check in errstic after 6pm. Beware.Location is good . Shame about the staff and service.

When we arrived at our hotel in Bruges we had the unfortunate timing of being there the same time as the carnval which was right outside our front door. Other than that i think the location was good with a nice view across the plaza and right by everything but I couldn't see so can't be sure. It was pretty...

We had steak and a beer in this restaurant. The food was good but it was very expensive for what it was - steak and chips. Unfortunately, the waiter was sullen and not really interested in providing any kind of service. We paid and had our coffees elsewhere.

We were looking for a place to eat at about 19:00 and saw a board that said this place had a set menu for €18. We thought that looked pretty good value. We went in, were seated and ordered out drinks. We were then told the menu was not on. Ok, fair enough. We looked at the main menu, but...

I spent one night here in Winter. The hotel rooms are above the restaurant about 5 minutes from the main square and 10 minutes walk from the train (better get the bus marked Central to to bus station across the road (2 Euro). There is a smell as you walk up the stairs to the first floor. The rooms are...
