Ideally located within the old town, right in the heart of the tourist area. Spotlessly clean and very well maintained, thoughtfully and beautifully decorated. Reception staff super, friendly and welcoming. Excellent breakfast. Parking on site, underground. Some of the spots can be a little tight, but if you're confident enough to be driving on the continent and into Bruges then...

We stayed at this hotel as part of a 3 day city break and we were not disappointed. The hotel is clean and modern with young, friendly and very helpful staff. Our second floor room was bright, a good size and well equipped with all that we needed. Breakfast each day was superb with a great selection of hot and...

This hotel looks very small from the outside but is a bit of a Tardis inside (that is, it seems much bigger on the inside). It has a lovely ambience, a proper (though small) bar - with spectacular velvet seats which must be seen - and a lovely outside courtyard. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The real treat of...

Very impressed with our rooms and a good experience at reception regarding the parking and at check in. Decided to have a drink in the hotel before going out for dinner. A big mistake! The girl behind the bar had little idea of what to do. We ordered 2 kirs and she couldn't find the crème de cassis to make...

Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, smooth, seamless check in.Lovely receptionist who gave us a map and pointed out few things. (remember you will be charged city tax on check in) Took the lift to our room (132) - very spacious, large double bed, table with 2 chairs, desk and a chair. Safe in the wardrobe (free to use)...

Hotel is located a 5 minute walk from the centre In an area containing bars, restaurants and shops. Stayed for three nights, the hotel is clean, comfortable and quiet. We stayed room only so can't comment on the food. Review would have been 5 star however our room had a shower head that was broken and despite asking three times...

This hotel is located in a nice street, there are plenty of restaurants around and a nice bar. Is nearby everything, inclusive a supermarket, and is not as busy as the center, but you reach the center in 10 minutes walking and Bruges is a lovely city.

This hotel is situated in an excellent location in the heart of Bruges, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Our room was much bigger than expected too! All in all, there was nothing we could fault!! Would certainly recommend!! :)

Hello I cannot confirm if there is an iron in the room or not as we only had one night there on passing through. The staff are really helpful and speak good English so why not ring them or email to enquire....Email: info@hotelacademie.be

Yes tea and coffee is available in the rooms. We recommend trying the little restaurant about 50 yards away to the left of the hotel on the same side of the street, excellent. Enjoy.

Yes, but limited in quantity. Enough for a couple of cups each. No biscuits during our stay. The patisserie opposite is a better bet for morning and afternoon tea or coffee ... Just not the first one of the day if you like your mornings slow and easy.
