We LOVED Hotel Sablon! The hotel itself is gorgeous, with a relaxed, quirky feel. Our room was great, extremely clean and well equipped. The location is absolutely ideal for our few days in Bruges, nice and central but set a little away from the busy streets. The staff during our stay were fantastic, everyone we spoke to was friendly, helpful and professional. I highly recommend this hotel, its definitely entered my 'favourite hotel' list and I hope we will be back!

Conveniently located near to shops and Christmas markets. Very friendly staff. Breakfast very good with wide range on offer. The breakfast staff will gladly prepare anything you require. We stayed in room 29. Clean and comfortable although had we known the shower and wash basin would be in the same room without a door, we might have chosen a different room. There was a definite smell about the hotel..drains we think as we smelt it in other places in brugge. It was quite strong in reception and by the lift. We also had a smell of it occasionally in our room. Again because there was no seperation from the bedroom area, there was no way of shutting it out. Overall a good experience but expensive for what it is as calls itself a ‘boutique’ hotel. I would suggest some investment into some new towels also as the ones we had were small and rather tatty. …

Dear guest, Thank you for taking time to write this review. The hotel has indeed a good location near the markets and between the two shopping streets. Our deluxe breakfast buffet has a wide range of offer and our breakfast chefs can make an egg for you how you want it. If you come back in the future, you can always request a room with a separate bathroom. We are sorry about the drain smell, it is indeed a thing in Bruges. We have resolved the smell in the reception and near the lift now. But are apologies for this. Thank you for the suggestions for the towels. Hope to welcome you back in the future! A perfect place to stay for sightseeing, shopping and chilling out in the centre of Bruges. Cosy in late November, with a superb breakfast. The reception staff made excellent restaurant recommendations.

The hotel staff were excellent, they really went above and beyond to make sure we had an enjoyable stay. We didn't originally book the breakfast but changed our minds and added it and glad we did, it was wonderful! Our room was spacious and had the best robes. Overall we would highly recommend and would stay here again.

This hotel is in a great central location for exploring Bruges on foot with plenty of restaurants , bars and shops close by. Staff were very friendly and helpful when required. Can’t comment on breakfast or drinks as there were so many great options close by. We found certain areas of the hotel needed a little more attention to detail ie. debris in lobby and staircase wasn’t hoovered during our 3 night stay. Our room (room 3), appeared very tired. We were told that the air conditioning wasn’t working when shown to our room and there were multiple scuffs and marks along the walls and skirting boards. The power socket/light switch and toilet roll holder were both coming away from the wall in bathroom and the extractor fan was not working. There were also multiple dark hairs on the mattress protector. The room seemed to have a strange odour that we could not identify and was persistent during our stay. We also felt that the storage for clothes etc was severely lacking and small things were missed for example no saucers for coffee cups/dirty spoons. We booked this hotel mainly due to the numerous positive reviews on trip advisor/Google and were possibly just unfortunate with the room we were allocated. We can only give our review based on our experience and feel that for the price paid, it did not represent good value. We would look to stay elsewhere when returning to Bruges.…

How unfortunate to hear that you had a disappointing experience with your room. Our aircondition system is currently switched off as we are in winter time, and it is not required with the cold temperatures outside. Our staff usually explain this, aswell as how to switch on/off the radiators. We wish you would have signaled these inconveniences to our staff and they would have happily given you a different room. This way we would have made your stay enjoyable, aswell as sorted out the problems in your room. A lovely hotel with excellent quiet rounds. Quiet but within minutes to major sites and restaurants. Fabulous staff, excellent breakfast with many different choices. The fresh fruit, fresh fruit juices and various warm and cold choices were much appreciated. Pleasant and helpful staff!

Top hotel in a great location of Brugge. The rooms are clean with all amenities and the breakfast provided lots of delicious options. However above all, the hotel and breakfast staff are super friendly and very welcoming. This will be my go-to hotel in Brugge!
