This was our 4th visit to the Tuilerieen, so obviously we like it: plus points the brilliant location at the heart of old Bruges (almost next door to the wonderful Groeningen Museum and on the canal) and the feel of a grand old building. Our room was on the 3rd floor, beautifully decorated with character, but noisy at night as... More

From arrival until we left the staff were so caring and happy to assist with anything we asked. The advice given on the area and places to eat and visit was very helpful and the knowledge of the staff was great. The hotel itself is beautiful and in a lovely setting and we couldn't of asked for anything more during... More

This hotel is an absolute pleasure, located across from a canal and a few streets from the center of historic Bruges; unlike the center this street is not congested by the day tourists. Our room was quiet, comfortably sized with two double beds, provincial upholstered seating, an antique desk, and a nicely detailed mid-size luxury marble bathroom with a tub... More

The hotel location is perfect for exploring the city. We used the car park which made it easy to park the car and very secure. Cost is 30 euros per day. The staff are all really helpful, very welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. The staff are a credit to the hotel. The breakfast is expensive at 25 euros... More

We stayed at the hotel for one night last weekend and there is no doubt that it is a beautiful hotel. We had booked a standard double room and when we arrived we were shown a couple of room options, one very modern and one more traditional but extremely small. We asked if there was anything else as we were... More

Possibly one of the few hotels in Bruges that has a car park! small and beautiful space made up of Porsche's and similar cars. Just a nod to what you can expect. Reception was very welcoming and helpful. We were very kindly upgrade and as this was our luxury night stay we were delighted to be told that when the film... More

A bit unfair to judge this hotel as our room was so so small. I am sure in a better room you would have a better experience. We were up in the loft with admittedly a canal view out of a tiny window. Staff very friendly. Restaurant was for breakfast only which was expensive. Lots of lovely cafes around instead.... More

I had stayed in one night here at the Hotel De Tuilerieen because I extended my stay in Bruges. It's right in front of Dijver which means it's quiet in the mornings and at night. Lovely hotel, with character. Nicholas at the Front Desk was very helpful with restaurant recommendations in Ghent. I was reminded to keep my windows shut... More

The room was certainly impressive in size but the heating wasn't working. When I advised reception they came after 30 mins later and said they would return with a technician who couldn't figure out what was wrong. No resolution was proposed- despite the fact that they were aware that we were travelling with a one year old. The staff member... More

Dear Guest, We regret to hear that you did not had a great stay in our hotel, however we do appreciate your feedback. Please note we offered you an upgraded room during your stay. Our staff went several times to your room to check the heating. We did not have the time to send our technician to your room, because... More

We visited this hotel for four days of our honeymoon. It is beautiful. Perfect location, a bar with an open fire that was constantly lit and a little spa to relax in. The staff were very accommodating and helped make our stay nothing short of perfect. We will most definitely be returning in the future.
