This is a relatively small hotel close to the centre of Bruges. The owner is charming with quite a sense of humour and the place itself is spotless. The beds are firm and comfy and the rooms a good size. Price is (through Booking.com) very...More
it was a suprise, but not ours! I will remember the face of the receptionist when he saw us at the threshold; six guys in road bike uniforms, sweating, entering this classic-trim lobby...

VAT tax depends on the value of the reservation and is always in our rates when you book in direct. To pull reservations their side, some internet tour operators start showing rates without VAT tax (but add it in the last step).
Local tourist tax is never included in our rates as this tax is only calculated at the end of your stay and is based on the number of persons that stayed in the room (e.g. a double or triple room can be occupied by only 1 person).
Hopes this clarifies the question.
