We spent one night here and cannot believe how central this hotel was. The staff were friendly, the hotel clean and the breakfast good. However, our room overlooked another building about 2m away, not a great view at all! The bathroom was clean, but so small you could barely turn around, the rotting window was only partially obscured so with...

We were there for 1 night. The view was nice from the room and the location perfect. Bathroom, was not really in the best condition. Breakfast was as expected, good :) It was ok for 1 night because the price was pretty cheap. The bed was comfortable.

Stayed here for 4 nights over the New Year period. Hotel staff were very friendly (we got a box of Belgian biscuits and a card on NYE!) and helpful. The rooms were very nice (a few things needed to be attended to but it did explain in the booklet in the room that they were in the process of updating...

We stayed here for 3 nights at the beginning of February. Had a fantastic room overlooking the canal. You couldn't wish for a better placed hotel to explore Bruges. The staff were helpful. We only made it to breakfast once, but it was an acceptable continental one, but we tended to use the tea/coffee making facilities in the room for...

Stayed here for 3 nights on the back of a friend's recommendation. It was bright, clean, well appointed, if a little tired and faded around the edges. We paid for an upgrade to a canal view room, which we got. The room itself was huge, which was nice, but we didn't spend a lot of time there, so maybe didn't...

Just returned from a 3 night break. We stayed here last year and had a room on 3rd floor with canal view. This time we had a room on 2nd floor with street view. It was roomy and very clean, due to the secondary glazing reasonably quiet too. We requested a large or superior double which was actually two single...

We've decided discover how belgian people celebrate their Christmas. We were there 5 nights and we chose this hotel only for the location. It is in the city center, very close of the most important places. The price was expensive but we were on Christmas. The worst for me was the room, because our bathroom appeared an old hospital (concrete walls...

Great. We stayed only one night but we enjoyed the stay. The receptionists was really kind, spoke spanish, English and French, and helped us ordering a taxi and gave us advice what to visit. The place is in the centre of the town near everything, although brugges is quite small so everything is around the corner.

We spent 4 nights is this hotel in Brugge. I don't know if we could have made a better deal with this or another hotel, what I know that this city is magical and I feel blessed for being there! But let's speak about the hotel a little bit. Sevice and Staff: Everyone is very friendly, the reception staff was...
