We weren’t sure whether to stay here or more centrally in a faceless bland hotel. We certainly made the right decision. The house itself is modern and well equipped. Our host was exceptionally helpful and did a beautiful breakfast. The parking was easy...right outside the house mostly. Would stay again.

Me and my wife stayed for two nights in March (Primarily to go chocolate shopping). The location is on a main road and about 15 to 20 mins to walk in to the city centre, car parking is just outside and is free for 4 hours between 9 and 6 (Virginie kindly moved the time on the parking permit so we could just leave the car etc).
The accommodation was a lovely victorian style house, it has recently been renovated into a scandanavian style and is lovely.
The room had its own shower room, TV and tea/coffee facilities.
Breakfast was continental and plentiful (yummy scrambled eggs).
One amazing bonus was the usage of free bikes, we took these for a grand tour of the city and saw everything - was strange cycling in Bruges as we are used to road bikes and helmets etc - the bikes have built in locks and were perfectly safe just leaving them as we browsed etc. (Cycling is totally different than UK with lots of cycle lanes but also the drivers are so much safer and give way).
Would definately stay here again and would highly recommend.

Myself and my husband stayed for two nights. From the moment we walked through the door we got a warm welcome from the host.

We had the room on the 1st floor, it was very spacious and spotlessly clean. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I've stayed in for a while.

Breakfast was very tasty, there was plenty to chose from and the host couldn't do enough for you.

It's less than a 10 mins walk to the city wall and a further 15-20 minutes to the market square. It is an enjoyable walk into the city as there are some lovely local shops and cafes on the way into the city.

I would stay here again and I would recommend

Could not recommend enough, we really enjoyed our 2 nights stay, best place on our trip to Belgium. The owner is so helpful and gave us tips and places to go, add in free bikes and a great breakfast and you have to stay here.
