This hotel is located in the very heart of Bruges, about 100 meters from the central Marketplace. The hotel looks very nice, it is a beautiful old building. The reception was friendly and the junior suite we booked looked lovely as well. The hotel has a problem with the heating. It is very cold in all the public spaces. The...

I stayed in this hotel for one night. It is very convenient, once it is just in the middle of the city. It means your car can be parked in the hotel parking lot (free!). You just need to walk and see to discover this beautiful city. They also have a bike rental, if you want to go a little...

Omg. Never again. The worst Hotel I booked. The beds are so soft that you when you turn around you fell out of the bed. This Hotel is located in the center direkt at the Grote Markt. That is the only positiv thing I can say. It's very old and needs a renovation. Bad is also that you can smell...

My partner and I had a lovely break in Brugge after Christmas 2016. The location to this hotel is superb, it is right on the main square and we found this really useful. Myself I found the hotel a little dated. We paid for a basic double room, however for the price expected a little more. The room was just...

The hotel was central to the xmas markets and shopping streets. Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable . Breakfast was lovely nice selection of cold meats and cheeses jam and fabulous fresh breads. There is a pub in the court yard was handy for a night cap. But the atmosphere in the bar was hit and miss. Would definitely...

We've just come back from Bruges on a Xmas shopping trip and stayed here - we had great fun getting lost in the maze of corridors of the hotel - it is indeed like a rabbit warren but worth it! Staff at reception very friendly and the rooms basic but clean and with tea making facilities which is a bonus....

I go to various places with my sister in law and went to Bruges last year and loved it. The only reason we changed hotels was the distance was a bit too far last time. This time we went for location which is one of the review stars. It was brilliant for all areas and after an evening meal a...

Best feature about this hotel is its location. You are about one minute from the marketsquare. The rooms were spacious enough. We booked one day in advance so we were worried about what we might get but were pleasantly surprised on arrival. Good value. Speedy check in. Matressses were old and worn. Noisy in the corridors late at night and...

We stayed here for a weekend. The breakfast was superb, and a 5€ voucher/person is a great gift from the hotel. You can spend it on a dinner in the Restaurant next door, which offers you a very good service and food, not to mention the beers :) Just behind you will find a pub, which is also a very...

The reason for our visit to Bruges was to attend the Last Post Ceremony on November 11th 2016, and we found a beautiful and friendly city and a better than expected week. The Hotel was almost perfect with a large room, great breakfast and stunning location, so easy stroll around the city and view the sights. The staff were efficient...
