We arrived at 12noon yesterday, hoping to check in early and go into Brugge from there. We realized reception was only open 8-10 am and 16-20 pm. Not knowing how to get into Bruges and needing the toilet desperatly the only place to approach was the restaurant next door. We hardly dared to, after reading the text on their window;...

You can't check in until 4pm. You won't find this out until your taxi drops you off way out of the city centre and you are stuck with nowhere to leave your stuff - not even a seat to sit and wait. Ok if you are in a car I guess - at least parking is free. Buses are VERY...

far away from city center - not a cleaning service - not a person in reception to ask some help. In positive things a) free parking area, b) fridge in the room, c) rates are lower than in the other hotels

Make sure you contact hotel via booking if late check in as key system can be awkward. This hotel is appropriate for an overnight stay only. Very basic. The shower is operated by pulling down on the nozzle underneath the bath tap. We took awhile to fathom out!

Nice stay, big room, free parking, bad checkin and checkout hours. To remind that checkin only available from 16:00-20:00 and checkout from 8:00-10:00. If you come too early there will be noone and wc is charged 30 cent because it belong to the next door restaurant and only their customer can use wc. The room is outdated but big with...

It's hard to fault on value for money but there is a bit of a walk to the city centre. Best way to get there is by cab which costs 10-15 euros a trip. The room was neat and tidy and the staff very friendly and helpful. The car park seemed secure and the hotel is very easy to get...

Stayed here while traveling through Belgium. It is not the kind of hotel I would normally stay at, but was traveling with friends and they wanted to keep hotel prices low. It was an Ok place to rest for the night but would not stay longer than that. The cleanliness of the room was average, bed was comfortable enough for...

I didn't have access to e-mail after I left for my trip or I would have found out that this cheap hotel/motel is not staffed between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. As a result I lost half a day of itinerary. I stayed one night and was happy with the cleanliness. I experienced a couple arrive at 8:10 p.m to...

My friend and I did not stay as on arrival we were reminded very rudely that we could not check in until 4 p.m. Also we had not realised how far to the city centre we were. We just told our taxi driver to find us another hotel which luckily he did!
