Like another reviewer said, I have never stayed in a place that exceeded my expectations so much. Hugo de Wolf is the owner and he has turned this old building in NE Brugges into an absolute gem (only a couple of minutes walk from Jerasulem Church). My wife and my two toddlers stayed here for 2 nights in late April,...

Absolutely loved this B&B. The owner is REALLY nice and attentive. The rooms are cute and comfortable and the breakfast is delicious. About a 7 minute walk to the downtown circle, which was also a really lovely walk along a canal. I loved Bruges and the lady jane so much I have already booked my return there for next month....

This is an awesome B&B. The location is great and in the historic area of Bruges. The building dates from the 1600s. The rooms are lovely and extremely comfortable. The most important (to me) is that they have wifi in the room. NOTE American tourists---they have a REAL coffee pot so you can have a real cup of (American volume)...

This was a wonderful place to stay and we choose to stay here from the other wonderful reviews on tripadvisor. We stayed in the Africa room. Great decor however if you have a fear of heights, you might want a different room as the bed is up some very narrow steep steps. The breakfasts were FANTASTIC. Loads of food and all...

I stayed at the Lady Jane bed and breakfast for two nights in late December, with my girlfriend. The owner, a Mr Hugo De Wulf, was most hospitable. He greeted us warmly, and showed us around the building. From my knowledge, the establishment has 3 bedrooms. Each is decorated in an entirely original manner, with more character than any modern...

We've stayed 4 nights in this great B&B and had an amazing time. The room was large, nice decorated, the bed was very comfortable and the breakfast... absolutely delicious. We have no bad words about this place. It was close enough to the center, but in a quiet location. What we liked the most at Lady Jane was that we...

After an extremely long trip to Bruges we arrived finally at the property around lunchtime to basically drop off our luggage and introduce ourselves before eagerly exploring the city. A wonderful Lady Dana from our favourite chocolate shop marked the map yet advised we might consider a taxi as the area was not within walking distance of the square-our current...

The house was built in the 1600's and is lovingly restored. Our host Hugo was more like a friend. We had the Japanese room because we wanted a private bathroom. Our room gave us the second floor which is always called the first floor in Europe. The bathroom was not ensuite but down a few stairs and it led into...

The Lady Jane is a massive contributing factor towards the amazing time that my boyfriend and I had in Bruges. Hugo de Wulf, the lovely welcoming owner, welcomes you into what used to be his family home. A lovely 3 storey 15th C building nestled away in a quiet street just outside the city centre. After a tour of the...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Our guestrooms are situated in the heart of Brugge. It only takes 6 minutes to walk to the Big Market and 10 minutes to reach 't Zand. Our house itself is a classic building with step gable from 1673. We aren't superstitious at all and most of the time sober, but still the atmosphere is special, just as if the house is alive as well... ... more   less
