We stayed here as part of our river cruise pre-tour. The hotel is stunning and when you learn of the history behind it, even more so. The rooms were clean and spacious. A great selection at breakfast. Great location as everything was in walking distance.
We stayed for 3 nights. I couldn't fault the hotel staff. When we checked in, we were given a free upgrade and free welcome drinks in the terrace bar. Room was very clean and a good size. Breakfast was outstanding, the Belgian chocolate and cava...More
This five star hotel is as good as it can be expected in terms of location, beauty of the building and facilities. Unfortunately we found a certain lack of attention when it came to keeping an eye on the comfort of visiting guests.
The hotel stands prominently in a castle/ old mansion like setting. The style is opulent, bit of the old world charm, rough rustic stone flooring and velvet finish sofas. I was charmed. Our room was right in front of the elevator on the 3rd floor....More

Good afternoon, thank you for your questions. Would it be possible to send an email to our general email (email@example.com)? We will be happy to inform you about tv channels, must-see's, restaurant recommendations,...
Briefly I can inform you that we have the major international tv channels via Telenet broadcast center. The hotel is at 5 minutes walking from the market square. Please bare in mind that the streets in Bruges are with cobble stones. Many fine restaurants including the hotel restaurant with local specialties. I would recommend to take the excellent local food. We look forward to welcoming you in Bruges.
