The Hotel Damier is a grand old dame! It was built apparently some time in the 1400's and was converted to a hotel in the 1600's (or something like that). This is no modern American hotel. This is an honest-to-goodness European hotel. It is quite luxurious and quaint all at the same time. There is no parking garage or designated... More

Hotel is difficult to reach due to traffic situation in Kortrijk. Parking is also difficult and might be full. Rooms need some renovation according latest standards. Breakfast standard but not really high class. ( rubber type eggs , croissants and bread can be better in Belgium , limited choice )
