We have been here for a couple of days and booked a double and one single room. While the double room was acceptable, the single rom can only be called disastrous. Tiny - you could not even unfold your arms - and situated towards the courtyard, it can only be described with the word "nightmare". Loud and of questionable tidyness....

Hotel was booked for 1 night, because of a diner we attended somewhere in Knokke. The weather was bad with lots of rain when we arrived. Advantage of the hotel is that it is near to the beach and shopping area. Disadvantage is that the 4 stars are way to high for the room and they are in need of...

The staff were friendly the room modern and clean. The breakfast is very average. Standard fare nothing great, nothing very bad. My stay was during a very warm week. The hotel has no air conditioning in the room. I woke most nights with the sheets wet from sweating. The hotel does not have room fans for these hot nights. I...

Hotel says has air conditioning but doesn't! Woman at front desk was rude and looked down on you if you only spoke English! Location is great! But rooms were out dated and bathrooms were old and dirty looking. Needs a make over. Way over priced when you could stay at La Reserve and have a 5* stay for the same...

The breakfast was great the rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly. We had a wonderful time. The lunch and dinner did not have any vegetarian options, however. Given the local culture that was not a surprise. Around the corner was a burger joint with vegetarian options and so did many of the restaurants on the promenade.
