This hotel is located in the centre of the town and is adjacent to museums and memorials. The reception and service offered was friendly and rooms were adequate , clean and acceptable in every respect at a very reasonable price. Restaurant and bar area offer a good range of food and beverages but really is a little on the small...

If you're just wanting a place to rest your head in between visiting the sites of the local area this is definitely the best place to go. It's a three minute walk to Meningitis Gate, across the road from the museum, there's a supermarket about a four minute walk away and more. The staff were so helpful. They set us...

We have been staying here for over 20 years, and each year we come it just gets better and better, So many improvements as the time goes on. Our room as usual was spotlessly clean, fresh pure white towels every day, a large bed with white as white bedding. Good quality toiletries replaced each day, tea, coffee and biscuits also...

2nd visit to this hotel so obviously rate this accomodation as very good. Arrived at 6am , 5 hours before check in, Paul on the reception allowed us to go to our room immediately this was much appreciated after a 9 hour drive. All of the staff couldn't do enough to help us yet another enjoyable stay.

Right slap bang in the middle of the town, just around the corner from the Menin Gate. So are many other places to stay, though, but I cannot see any of them giving as much friendly attention and service as this independent family-run hotel. I have stayed here several times, including on the atmospheric 11th day of the 11th month,...

We stayed here for one night and had a good stay. Staff friendly, room small but clean, good breakfast and there was the chance to get breakfast a bit later. The location of the hotel is on the main square. The hotel also has a restaurant downstairs.

We stayed overnight along with some friends during a whistle stop tour of the Ypres Salient. Both rooms overlooked the square. No problem with noise, even on a Saturday night. Beds were comfy, good Wifi, bathroom a bit bijou but an establishment perfectly adequate and comfortable for a short stay. Breakfast was breakfast, but the location was perfect for all...

This hotel is located at the central Grote Markt (main square), which means it is only a few steps from the Ieper's downtown prime attraction, the In Flanders Fields Museum, as well as from some of the best restaurants in town. Although small and decorated in flashy colors (ours was white and green), rooms are clean and comfortable. Service was...

Having stayed at this hotel before on my own with a room overlooking the main square, I was quite happy to take my wife with me for a weekend. Imagine the look on her face when we opened the door to room 204........... Not happy!! White walls which had obviously been painted over a previous patterned wallpaper with some vivid...

We called ten minutes before arrival and luckily Paul had a room for us! We were very pleased with a twin on 3rd floor (lift ok). The bonus on the stay was the spa - we managed a 2 hour private visit and you have the whole spa area to yourself! Amazing. Well worth the short drive to Beaujolis. Thank...
