The apartment we stayed in was 416 it was lovely and spacious with 2 balconies. Bar staff were great, very friendly. We spent most days relaxing by the pool which was clean and not too busy. My only negative wes reception, the guy was rude and unhelpful. All of the information regarding buses and markets turned out to be wrong... More

The apartment was fantastic, great rooms and fantastic view. There was unfortunately none of the facilities you would expect from such a great hotel. The snack bar by the pool closed for the season 4 days after we arrived which meant you could not buy a snack or drink except from the site supermarket. The hotel bar did not open... More

Arrived at 10.30 a.m. & was looking forward to a few hrs. sleep before exploring as had no sleep night before due to early flight, however we were told that we couldn't have our room until 3 p.m. The receptionist said that we should have been told but we weren't. The receptionist (Alexandra) was very helpful after I complained &... More

Although billed as a 4* we all know that you can not compare to that of the UK or more wealthy countries. I would suggest more a 3*. It's fine and remember you get what you pay for. We didn't spend much getting here and have been self catering so are unable to comment on anything to do with dining.... More

Room wasn't cleaned or towels changed for 3 days and was only done after me complaining We went to the hotel restaurant as it was raining and didn't fancy getting a taxi to the town and I was glad we didn't have this included in the cost as we walked out after one mouthful of cold rice and fish that... The hotel is run down, we had 2 different rooms and there was hair in the beds, stains on the sheets, broken chairs, smell in the hall was stinking, parts of the room hinging down and staff not friendly. Had to say one night attempted breakfast which was awful!! Had to brush the flys off the bread which we then... More

This is a apartment hotel, the rooms are really big and clean. Just got back on the 23 October the pool area is nice, but did find that the pool bar was shut due to the end of the season, they was packing all the sofas away, the sun beds need a soft cushion on them. We did mange to... More

The issues with the hotel and staff started immediately upon arrival late evening. 1. As we were travelling with a 5 month old baby, we asked the receptionist could we please buy some water from them so that we could sterilise the bottles and feed the baby. The receptionist response was " The bar closed 15 minutes ago!" I stressed... More

We had a great time. Rooms were standard but had everything you could need. The staff were all lovely, the reception team, bar staff and cleaners etc were all very welcoming and couldn't have been more helpful. Very good price to stay in a nice hotel. If you want grand and luxury then you may want to look elsewhere but... More
