I stayed here with my partner last week (28th Sep-4th Oct.). We arrived extremely late but there was no problem checking us in. The lady that owns the place is very friendly. The location is about a 15-20 minute walk to the Old Town of Albufera but it is a nice walk once you get to the top of THE...

Stayed for 1 week. Room quiet and clean. Felt like we had it mostly to are selves. Although we were not there during the day. Had use of the kitchen, large communal fridge, toaster kettle microwave so you could make your own breakfast without problems. Large communal patio with good views. Swimming pool which looked a bit murky. 40 minutes...

the janitor cleans during the night and makes a lot of noise. We haven't slept more than a few hours per night throughout our entire 7-night stay. Also, everything is very noisy. You can hear every toilet flushing, every door slamming and every conversation at the reception. Do yourself a favor, spend 50 euro extra on a place where you...

Warm and helpful hospitality. Very clean and quiet. Only an easy 15 min walk to the old town or a 5 euro taxi ride. If want somewhere affordable and peaceful this is a great choice and honestly the staff couldn't be nicer or more helpful, nothing was too much bother for them. I had a lovely time and would comfortably...

The room was basic but very clean, the whole hotel was very clean and well kept. We spent most days by the pool n considering the hotel was fully booked we had the...

Good morning, I would like to thank you for your honest comments. I can´t do better, and I can´t change the location. If it was in the center you would not sleep at all. Here you can sleep and enjoy your calm stay. My very best regards. Adelina Veliça

The location was too far away from anything; it was a taxi home every night which added a lot on to the price per night! It took ages to get in when we arrived (although we were maybe a little early so that wasn’t a huge issue! The place was basic but seemed clean. Our main issue was – that...

Not a bad place very clean apart from few cockroaches in bedroom 1 morning. Staff very helpful. Great place for quite Holliday but if u want to have fun them book something nearer the old town as the hill back out of it isn't easy in the hot weather. But I'd stay again.

On room TV doesn't works. Light on room not work, I think customer don't need to say or complaint about it!!!! We pay for full service without ask, should suggest check list before rent for customer, all not profit only!
