Very bad hotel dont go there !!! The owners only care about money, there were cockroaches in the room!!! had a booking through airbnb for sunday check in at 2pm. we arrived at 1:30 and the lobby doors were locked/lights off and nobody was inside. we messaged saying we had arrived, but was not upset and was willing to wait till 2. 2 came around and still no message back, no call back and nobody coming to open the door. we contacted airbnb support and they tried to reach out to the host on our behalf for an hour, still no reply. we had just gotten off the plane, all our bags with us, no cash, no way to charge our phones. we had to find somewhere else to stay. even after they canceled our booking at 3pm on sunday (an hour after we were supposed to check in) the host never messaged me apologizing or anything. completely unprofessional and i recommend staying far away.…

A very nice hotel. We were given a great welcome when we arrived. The hotel only has people on the reception between 2pm-11pm. The room was comfortable, the bed was good. We had a small Juliette doors looking out. The bathroom was a decent size however the shower was a little small. It is close to the old town for places to eat and drink.

Excellent value for money. We stayed 1 night. Beds were comfy and room and shower room was clean. Air con was great. Lovely little sun terrace. 12 mins from Faro airport by taxi. Friendly welcome. For the price could not ask for more. Would stay again.

Really great location, a short walk to the harbor. Lovely friendly service. The hotel was modern, clean, and comfortable with all the facilities needed. The beds were comfy and I would definitely stay here again if returning to Faro.

Our second stay at Happy House. Brilliant location, perfectly good rooms, very helpful staff and access to a good kitchen area. We only use as a stop over but would be more than happy to stay for longer. Hard to beat for central Faro. We’ll be back!

I was looking for a one night stay due to a wedding I was attending and it is always a bit of a lottery so I usually stay at a chain such as Ibis or Best Western etc. However I decided to stay here and I am glad I did. It exceeded my expectations and the staff were wonderful, allowing me to check in early and shower and change. I was out for most of the day but even coming back at 2am was not an issue. The room was clean and quiet and the location was very central with easy transport links. It had air conditioning and access to a kitchen. I stayed in room 201 on the second floor. There is a lift so very accessible if you have trouble with your mobility. If I ever need to stay in Faro I would return.

This is a great place to stay in Faro. It was our second time here and was every bit as good as the first. Excellent staff, central but quiet location, comfortable rooms with aircon/heating, a self-catering kitchen with free tea/coffee/biscuits and a patio/terrace all for a reasonable price.

We had a 3 nights stay and everything was perfect !!! We had an amazing welcoming, the lady who greets us was very nice, helpfull and smily, i wish her all the best for her study. She have been very great with us. The place was very clean, we had 2 bathroom to share thay was great, we never had to wait for it. The flatmates were very quiet and respectfull. The kitchen is very convenient, you have as well a space in the fridge to put your own stuff. Our room was prepared everyday by the housekeeping team, they made a great job, and the bed was huge and very confortable. This place was very nice, very clean and confortable. We had a room with a street view and we have not been disturbed by any noise. We slept very well. On the roof top you have a big terasse with small tables and chairs, and we enjoyed to have our breakfast and diner under the sun. I absolutely recomend that place. If i come back to faro, i will book again here for sure. Thanks to the Happy House Team to make our stay very nice !…

We had arrived at 9 pm. Late check in was no problem. Rooms and common areas are clean. Walls are paper thin and wifi was not the best but all in all for a one night stay it was alright. Even has sky tv or something similar and smart tv for netflix.

Helpful staff, owner met us on arrival showed us to our room , room was modern, clean and very comfortable the accommodation has it's own kitchen area and you can help yourself to all the facilities, you just have to be quiet if preparing food etc early or late as there are rooms off this area, as stated staff couldn't do enough for you. The hotel is situated in the centre of Faro handy for all whatever has to offer, more than met our needs and expectations
