We had an excellent stay in The House. We enjoyed the fact that it was relatively central, yet not in the heart of the touristic area. (We were overwhelmed by the number of tourists in Lisbon though it was the end of September). We spent our last night in Portugal enjoying

Dear Catherinemtl, Thank you very much for your review! I too find that our terrace (and our whole district, while we are at it) is the perfect antidote for the excessive number of tourists in the more touristy districts these days! Have a great 2019, Francisco

We had a wonderful 6 night, family and friends stay at The House in late December, 2018. There was 11 of us and we had plenty room. The place was wonderful. The neighborhood was great, with a small grocery store at the end of the block. The owner very helpful and the breakfast

We have just returned from Lisbon with my wife and are already recovering the incredible view from TheHouse. We have spent two entire evenings and mornings watching the sinrise and sunset on the rooftop. Sure, the building itself does not look nice when you enter, but once

Hello! We do have an elevator that goes to our entrance floor, where we have one room. All the other rooms are on our 1st floor, which can be accessed by stairs, the same as our terrace, which is our top floor. As for the bathroom, all our rooms have their own private one. Hope I was helpful!

Yes, there is an elevator to the main floor if you get a room on that one. There are stairs to the next floor and to the roof terrace. Our room had its own en suite, and I think they all have.

We took a taxi from the queue outside terminal 1 and it was about 18 euros. The owner had already advised us this would be the case. it was the same going back from the city
