Whilst this hotel might not suit everyone, it is located in a quiet area but close to a main road with easy access to down town. The surrounding area is dotted with handy bars and good quality restaurants although the hotel facilities could not be faulted in our 5 day stay. The rooms are adequate and not square boxes found...

Has to be one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in. Have just returned after celebrating a special birthday with three friends. We had an early flight and arrived early to the hotel. Our rooms were not ready but the staff could not have been more helpful. Took our bags and gave us lots of recommendations re tours,...

We could not fault our room or the staff on the reception who looked after us well. Our disappointment was the breakfast service as although there was a good variety of quality hot and cold food available there were just so many people trying to access it that the dishes were frequently running out. The staff did their very best...

This hotel would get much better reviews if it wasn't being advertised as having five stars. It is clean and comfortable, but the facilities are bland, the service mediocre and the location remote. I visited other "real" 5 star hotels in Lisbon and they were sophisticated and luxurious, as one would expect.

Good location - couple minutes to the metro station. Friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean but not the newest one. It felt more like 4star Hotel. I can't say nothing about spa cause we didn't use it. The price was superb - something about 50€ per night. In total I would recommend this hotel.

Found this hotel by accident and what a find. A bit out of the way but within 5 mins walk of a metro station and to most parts of Lisbon by 15 mins. Rooms are very good though bed mattress a bit hard. TV channels advertise a range of English ones but only one (CNN) actually in English. Breakfast was...

Short trip from a newspaper promotion, hence good value. Location not totally favourable for main sites but taxis are very cheap, so not a problem. Ate in the main restuarant one night, good menu choice and food very well presented and interesting. A couple of niggles regarding the room, the safe didn't operate and in spite of being assured it...

We spent 3 wonderful nights at the Real Palacio Hotel. The hotel was cozy and comfortable with a charming lobby. Our room had a balcony with a nice view over the typical Portuguese buildings with a lovely architecture where you could enjoy the coffee in the morning. First day we were lucky to see the rainbow rising in the background....

Had a meal at the bar because main restaurant wasn't open early enough (wa there for a bridge event) the service was diabolical. Main restaurant howeve was superb. The rooms were ok and clean but basic. Didn't like the fact that water is left out in bottles but chargable. Lift service was atrocious. Staff divine. All in all ? Ok
