staff friendly and helpful. Room very basic clean, bathroom ensuite door didn't close as on a runner, on the first floor very noisy from road traffic all night. Advertised a bar it didn't have one, free breakfast was very poor . paid €117 for the 2 night stay might be wiser to spend more for a more relaxing time.

There is no bar at this hotel as advertised. The hotel is near/in a red light district. Which was not good for my parents in their late 70's. It takes 10-20 minutes to walk down to the tube station. The main restaurant and bar area is 2 stops on the tube. Each station has a few entrances and exits. If...

I was checking in rather late 1AM and someone was waiting for me to arrive which was handy! Was all paid up and got my room key, TV Remote and the Air Con remote which made it even better that I had Air Con as it 35 Degrees + all weekend! Room was okay, didn't expect nothing more than what...

Well located (20 minutes by walk to the city center), very noisy, poor breakfast on a nice roof terrace (pity!), professional staff, clean and basic, there is a prostitute spot just in front of the hotel

Very basic accommodation - small room, old-dated furnishings, little bit sloppy, no safe, tiny bathroom, TV not worked well, wi-fi not worked well. Very simple breakfast - better to go somewhere out. I was okay there as the whole Lisbon was literally booked out because of an event with many visitors to the city; still better than a bed in...

I was there with a group of college students, we were treated well and the accommodations were nice for the price. The metro is about 10 minute walk away, so this makes travel about city easy. The breakfast terrace is a nice view each morning.

A simple and old hotel with clean facilities and good location. The breakfast, consisting of rather simple not high quality produces, can be eaten at the cafeteria or in the terrace. good for transit.

Set your standards to the price you pay and you will be satisfied! The room was small, but daily cleaned, the breakfast basic but well enough. For this price you do not get private bathroom anywhere else in Lisbon. The staff is also friendly and it is close to the center.

Very impressed with this hotel very proffessional friendly staff, room clean breakfast was ham cheese rolls etc which were nice and the breakfast area had city views and well serviced tables kept clean and buffet well maintained. Near metro, and this hotel helped make my trip great, a lot of noise from the road outside but its in a capital...
