This was my second stay in My Story Hotel Rossio in Lisbon. It’s a small boutique hotel located in the heart of Lisbon. Walking distance to many great restaurants and perfect to walk around and explore the many sights to see. The main train station is about a 3 minute from from the hotel, which makes it even more perfect if you want to explore Sintra or any of the surrounding towns. The hotel is spotless and the employees in the front desk are absolutely amazing! Always very helpful from the minute you walk in. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lisbon.

You cannot beat the location of this hotel. It was central to every sight we were hoping to see. The room was beautiful (fantastic view) and would recommend springing for the suite if your budget allows. As lovely as the accommodations were, I would recommend a stay for the staff alone. They were wonderful from the moment we checked in until we checked out. Even at the breakfast café - we had a smiling face to great us. Special shoutout to Leonel who spent extra time talking to us about Lisbon. The only reason this gets 4 stars for me more is because certain amenities are missing that you would expect a 5 star to have. (Coffee in room, breakfast included in price, etc).

Pros: * Location! so close to all the main places. Safe area to walk around * Beds were comfortable * Cellphone was provided with free calls and Internet! * Staff were nice and accommodate * Ritual bath products (good brand) Cons: * Room set up was weird + not enough lights * Breakfast is basic. (They do have soy milk for coffee though!) * body mirror and TV are the same (cool) but too dark (not cool) * Towels feels old, conditioner was not given until I asked directly

Dear 938mayak, Thank you very much for such honest review at My Story Hotel Rossio. Our building is a 200 years old historical building, many rooms are different of each other. Nevertheless our aim is that without exception all the guests left the hotel happy. That is the most importante point for us and it's one of the reasons that we take so serious all the comments in all websites. Our location is unique in the probably most important square of Lisbon but we are much more than that. Our linen is 70% cotton, our cosmetics have a high standard quality from RITUALS brand as you well mentioned, our soundproof windows, shower pression, quality of mattress, qand last but not definitely the least our committed team always willing to offer the best hospitality service. In regards the cons you have my word we are looking already into this and what can be done to improve it will be. My husband and I stayed at My Story Hotel Rossio from Feb 14, 2020 to Feb 18, 2020. The hotel is located right in the middle of Rossio Square, a prime spot for cafes, restaurants,and public transportation. Tourist spots such as Santa Justa Elevator and other famous pracas are nearby.The area around the hotel is also very lively and safe to roam around. The hotel staff is very warm and friendly. A big shout out to Jessica at the reception, who helped us with our queries for sightseeing. The hotel also gave us a cellphone to use with free internet and emergency numbers of the hotel. I think that was really thoughtful. The housekeeping service was also great. Room was clean. Overall, it was a wonderful experience to stay at My Story Hotel Rossio. I think it a very good and budget choice for travelers looking to stay in the city center.…

My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel for valentines weekend in Lisbon. The hotel had a great location very central and in walking distance for all the key tourist attractions. Antonio & Jennifer on reception where amazing! Antonio booked us a beautiful restaurant BYF steak house and it was amazing. The staff really couldn’t do enough for you. We were celebrating our anniversary and the staff upgraded our room to a room with a view and provided us with chocolates and sparkling wine. The room upon arrival was all done in rose petals for Valentine’s Day and the view was breathtaking. The breakfast was lovely. The bathroom was a little small however the was extremely clean and had rituals body shop in the shower. I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel for a weekend in Lisbon. …
