The hotel is located about 10 minute walk from the main square. Nice staff, warm welcome, but we didn`t use any extra services since we only stayed here one night. Bed was cozy, room tiny, but fine for a 3 star and the price we paid.

I've been a guest in Hotel Solaris for one week in August and I had a very good stay. The hotel, which used to be a 4-star hotel, is now a 3-star accomodation mainly because of the decor, which should be renovated to look more up to date. I had a very nice room with a view on Pombal Square,... More

Some of the rooms are standard hotel rooms and some are more like a small apartments and they're not bad at all, but there is no elevator in some parts of the hotel so heavy baggage will be a little hassle. Also the whole thing is a little outdated. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast lasts for a while... More

Very nice and quiet hotel in the center of Setubal. Walking distance to the main street and port area with many restaurants. Room was very clean and equiped with Effective air condition. Parking is small but receptionist watches to resereve the places for hotel guests. All the staff is very kind.

We liked this hotel a lot. It is in the city centre so there are many bars, cafes and restaurants within easy walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room and ensuite clean, bed comfortable, the wifi in the room was fine, and the air-conditioning worked well. And breakfast was included in the price. We requested a car-parking... More

The hotel is a bit outdated but for the rest is more than okay: at the welcome desk, you have a friendly and helpful lady. The rooms are okay and the staff didn't forget the little details: shower gel, bath robe, ... were available. Room and bath room were very clean. In the morning, there is a buffet with all... More

The Bed and rooms are small but what makes the difference is the staff! From the moment we arrived to the time we left they couldn't do enough for us. When we asked for some more pillows they were brought without any fuss. Every time we went out the parking space ( which are pretty hard to come by) was... More

We stayed here for two nights. People were friendly and could also speak french. It was quiet, calm and well placed in Setubal neat the Tourist Information Center. Cleanliness could have been a bit better. The breakfast was well furnished. A bit expensive.

Had booked this hotel about three weeks prior to departure. Specifically asked for a quiet room. On arrival we were lucky to find a parking space, despite assurances by email that parking is always available. It appears only 8 spaces for the hotel. Room was right on front corner, overlooking the central square. Could hear the loud traffic noise. Asked... More
