Walked through the rain from the station and arrived at Casa Miradouro. Offered a white port by Charlotte, the proprietress. I was located room nr 2. Enjoyed tremendously sleeping in a 4 poster with a quilt with feathers.Charlotte recommended a wonderful restaurant in old town Sintra and even drove me there. Thanks. The following morning getting up early, a marvelous...

Beautifully furnished and decorated. Very clean. Great view from our room. Good bed and shower. Excellent breakfast. Fantastic staff! Very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Uphill hike into town (about ten minutes). Steep, winding roads around the house.

Delightful experience. Couldn't be more pleased. The Casa Miradouro is truly a special place. Lovely property and the most charming common areas. Staff are a delight - pleasant and eager to help. Memorable three days there. Excellent value. Highly recommend it for your visit to Sintra

My husband and I spent two nights in this beautiful B&B just off the town square in Sintra. It was a 5 euro taxi fare from the train station and Charlotte was a lovely hostess. While drinking welcome port (expect this everywhere in Portugal) she gave us a good overview of the map and made some suggestions for dinner and...

Stayed for 3 nights recently. Staff were exceptional: great communication before, and during our stay. The girls who work there are super friendly and accommodated our needs. We stayed in room 3 which has a spectacular view with a triple aspect balcony. It's a little rough around the edges (older bathroom, could do with a paint job/ modernising) but what...

Excellent for a small hotel. Clean and well furnished, very comfortable with a great view. We really enjoyed our stay here. Service was great. We did not do the breakfast, instead wanted to go to the renown Paraquita for pastries. The only drawback to the location was the walk to town, which was uphill about 10 mins. We did not...

This is a bed and breakfast far from everything and way too pricey for the bad location and non charming room. False advertising! Also, very inflexible owner, who refused to refund any portion of a nights stay due to a family emergency where we had to fly back suddenly to the USA. There are many more options to consider staying...

This elegant but comfortable b and b was the perfect spot from which to explore Sintra. Our room had a balcony and view of the fairy tale-like castle, which further contributed to the charm of the accommodations. Breakfast was outstanding and not to be missed. I only wish we could have stayed longer!

Very fine place to stay for a couple of days when doing Sintra and surroundings. Even with the crowds in the center/tourist part of town it was quiet with a place to park the car. It's a 10 minute up hill walk on a narrow street to the center but pleasant to do a few times. It's also a bit...
