I loved my stay here, so very close to the train station and just a five minute stroll to the main town area. The room was large clean and comfortable. The receptionist was also very helpful and provided us with a town map. Braga is a fascinating place to visit.

If you're looking for a place to spend the night while you visit braga this a good choice. Clean and with parking so you can leave your car. The room was clean, the TV was small but that was not an issue.

Nice and clean hotel. Some noise from the street with heavy traffic. Friendly staff and adequate breakfast. Just across from the train station and 5-10 min walk to the city-centre. Perfect if you just spend one or two days in Braga and you are looking to save money.

As we arrived, the first room they gave us (101) was unaccessible, the door wouldn't open and the receptionist wouldn't help until we called her for the third time and then she changed our room. 305, I think, the heating didn't work so we changed room for the second time. 5th floor, the hairdryer wasn't working, I asked for another...

It was fine, but the three star is VERY misleading. The floors were dirty, the walls could use some paint. The air conditioning didn't work, and we only had Internet access in the bathroom. However, the bathroom was very clean, the staff was friendly, and the location was perfect.

When reviewing I always try to match the rating to the type of establishment, be it a hotel or restaurant.. Giving a 4* to a 4* or 5* star hotel is not the same as giving it to a 2*/3* one, so a bit of contextualization is required, and you have to evaluate within the range in which you're acquiring...

This hotel must have been something during its heyday, 25-30 years ago. Solid wood doors and furniture and a gleaming glass and metal exterior. It is still satisfactory, but dimly lit and a bit musty if you are on a floor that is not in much use. The AC worked fine, the room is large but the carpets are in...

This is a surprisingly pleasant hotel once you get inside. The large building towers over the railway station but has modern rooms and excellent staff. It is ten minutes easy walk into the main part of town and older buildings, and 2 minutes from the main station. Strangely, the main bus terminal is well-removed across the other side of town...

As a previous reviewer mentioned this hotel is just across the road from the station. It looks a concrete monstrosity from the outside like something you would find behind the iron curtain in the '60's. However inside it is fine The reception staff were all very helpful in every respect. We had a room at the front of the hotel...

“Check the room first, I asked for a change since it had a smell like someone had smoked in it, and they gave us a fine room on the 5th floor. Back side faces a monastary.”
