Great location, fantastic staff but very very poor internet connection and tv connection I would still recommend this hotel but be aware that they cannot produce the I t goods. However there is always a friendly face and a glass of port at reception.

Excellent apartment with kitchen and all necessary facilities in ideal old town location. Very easy to get to by Metro (Sao Bento) €2.45 from the airport. The hotel is excellent with exceptional staffs who go out their way to look after you. The hotel reception and entrance is from Flores Village Hotel & Spa. The complex consists of three separate...

This little secret is hidden up a side street not far from the river in Porto, right in the heart of town! From the front you would never guess how far it goes back, into room, apartments, a spa and a sun garden! A glass of Port is offered on arrival, nice touch! Apartment had everything you could want and...

Nice apartment with kitchen and balcony overlooking the garden, breakfast was good in the main building, access to three veggie restaurants via the alternative exit. Main street is probably best in Porto, close to train and metro and close enough to river and bridge to Port houses. Very helpful and friendly staff on reception. Would definitely use again

This hotel in the old village is a pleasant place to stay. The hotel itself is good, but it is the staff that makes the difference. Everybody is very friendly and willing to make your stay exceptional.

A quaint hotel which consists of 3 separate buildings and a garden in the middle. Well located in the city center, walking distance from the railroad station. The room is small but comfortable, and the main asset is the staff. Very charming and helpful, from offering tips what to do, to letting guests to sample the local famous wine. Little...

We stayed for three nights at these spacious apartments. I booked through Expedia and was expecting a 1 bedroomed apartment for four people. However we had a lovely duplex apartment which was perfect for 2 adults and 2 children. The bottom level had a kitchen area (fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker etc.), table and chairs, flatscreen tv, and a sofa-bed....

Overall we had a nice stay at the hotel. The location is brilliant, close to the river, the main train station and a few nice restaurants and bars. The spa and sauna are a nice touch and breakfast was nice and held in a nice breakfast room. On the negatives, our room was the basement of a separate block away...

We have just returned from a 2 night stay at this lovely hotel. It is well located being a short walk from the metro and its ideally located for visiting the local sights. The property has been beautifully restored and we were lucky enough to be in room 502 which has many interesting features. The room is spacious and has...

Having stayed here a couple of years ago for a few days and loved it, when the opportunity arose for us to have a family holiday in Portugal there was no question about where we would stay in Porto. We booked 3 garden duplex apartments for a week and all of the family loved it. We had direct access to...
