This is a 4 star in all the sense of the word... sure the facilities and building itself is bit outdated, but for the price you pay to stay here, I rather compromise that than the comfort. The staff are all very genuine, kind and eager to help as much as they can. You wont find the typical pretentious bell-boy...

The hotel was a big surprise to us as we didn't expect it to be so good. The staff was really helpful and polite, the rooms clean and comfortable. Breakfast was of good quality. There was a bus station just opposite the hotel (10 min. to the city centre). The only drawback was that the fridge in the room didn't...

Stayed in this hotel for a few days for business. The hotel seems to have 4 stars, although I don't understand how they got it. My guess is that it got immediately 4 stars when it was opened by Frank Sinatra in 1960. Staff seems to have an uninterested mentality. Breakfast was included, although this can not really be called...

Hotel was simple, but comfortable. It looked oldstylish ,really needs some changes. However staff was friendly and helping. The room looked simple, but it was spacious and confortable enough for two persons. It was very clean when we came and every day we found it clean. Wifi was working very good in the room. The only annoying thing was we...

It said it was four star, but I would rate it as a good three star. The hotel is functional rather than stylish. It is located about two miles North of the city centre, but there is a frequent bus service (Number 600) that will take you into the centre in just over 10 minutes. Alternately, if you walk, it...

We stayed at this hotel on our grand tour of Spain and Portugal. We had our first problem checking in at reception as they struggled to find which group we were. We went to our bedroom which was in some serious need of refurbishment, but it appeared to be very clean. Our room overlooked what I assume is a commune...

I've been in Hotel Beta Porto in the end of June. It's a very smooth hotel where you can relax during yur stay in the heart of Oporto City. The food it's nice and you can have some typical dishes of the city in the Hotel's restaurant. I reccomend you to try "Francesinha" or "Polvo a Lagareiro"( Octopus). The indoor...
