My review is only about cave and champagne. We visited this cave based on our hotel recommendations. Nice visit, descriptive, gives the understanding of nature powers etc. Definitely worth of money spend, plus champagne tasting. Could not find any info about timings, but we were three families in our tour to cave, so probably we were lucky that we just...

Thank you to Anna for being a wonderful hostess. This is a B&B. It really has a beautiful feel to the place as well as it has Kilometers of Caves for the Shell Fossils. We toured the Caves on the off hour with a two other people who were there to do picking (tis the season). Anna tried to help...

The house and rooms are very beautiful. A place make a very nice impression. But the service we received extinguishes all charm of this place. We arrived in the evening and politely asked to taste/buy two glasses of champagne. A woman in charge said that 'a bar is closed' and that we can try champagne next morning. She perfectly knew...

I stayed here with another couple and the service and standard was excellent. The owners are extremely helpful and breakfast was a true delight. I would definitely recommend this place to others and would stay here again in a heartbeat. Furthermore, locally made jams and conserves were served at breakfast which was a lovely touch.

Hi, We were a couple staying at this hotel, touring the area. Lovely, cute renovated farm house. The hostess and her husband were very friendly and gracious. The hotel has an attached tunnel showing the paleontological history of the ground, explaining fossils going back 100 million years, how the terra noir affects grape growth, which affects champagne flavor. The champagne...

This is a lovely b&b in Champagne. The fossil cave and tour is something a bit different and interesting, and the b&b itself is really nice. The room was large, very traditionally french and spotless. The owners were extremely friendly and helpful, and it was great when we had our welcome drink in the bar and learnt about their champagne...

If you are looking for something extraordinary to do in Champagne please visit the Shell Cellars. The owners of this paleontological gem have unearthed French history and heritage. They have created an amazing exhibit of Lutein era fossils in the chalk the Reims Mountain. The sheer abundance of the fossils is astonishing. The passion of the couple for the work...
