What a fantastic place to stay. From the moment we were picked up from the airport to our departure. The staff are most welcoming, friendly smiles and nothing is a problem for them. We stayed in a pool villa which was superb, spotlessly clean and had all the amenities one could ask for. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice....

Arrived in Ko Samui after a long journey that started the previous day from Heathrow. Easy pickup from the airport with hotel being less than a 15 minute drive. Greater by smiling, friendly Reception staff, who quickly checked us in, giving us cool towels and a refreshing drink. We had booked via Travelbag, a Garden Balcony Room, which suited our...

Nice serene surroundings, two wonderfull big pools, wonderfull food, affordable too, staff that pampered us 24/7, and who were all so friendly and helpfull. My fiance and I stayed at Sala Samui for four nights over our honeymoon. I couldn't say enough positive things about this hotel. The ambience of the hotel was amazing - they have great pools, they're right on the beach, and the food at the restaurant was phenomenal. We were planning on venturing off for dinner 1-2 nights, but we...

My wife and I recently spent 11 wonderful days at this beautiful resort, and both agreed that this was our best holiday ever. We stayed in a balcony suite, which is the smallest room option available, but was more than adequate for us. In fact, having a balcony almost as big as the bedroom seemed a much better option than...

My husband and I stayed at the Sala Samui for 4 nights. I am giving this hotel 4 stars based mostly on the great service that was shown to us by the staff, particularly the ladies working in reception. A special mention to Yan, who accompanied me to the doctor's when I was unwell and was incredibly supportive, and to...

For a place that's this expensive, it's a let down to be honest. The rooms are very small and are badly thought out, e.g. No bedside tables, the most confusing set of light switches ever (you need a PhD to get them all off at night) yet the room is far too dark at night, 32" non-HD TV, and a...

A lovely place, where everything went flawlessly with only one exception: all the paperwork to do straight upon arrival after 10+ hours of flights. Next time, allowing your customers to put their bags down and maybe see their rooms before make them pay could be a good thing
