Not professional administration. None of the drivers or tourist sites knew where to drive us - even our taxi driver from airport went wrong way and they have ABOUT 3 DIFFERENT NAMES FOR THIS PLACE... don't expect anyone to know it as "Boat Lagoon" Poor standards this included poor communication and snooty staff who made snide remarks in their language...

We were staying here for 3 nights passing through and left after one. Bed did not have mattress and we slept on base. Room was full of mosquitoes and gap under door to pool area let more in. 2 sheets of toilet paper left, not nice. Nothing to do in area unless you only want to stay in pool. Room...

Stayed here for 1 week. Are in a marina view room. Great view of some boats. Rooms are only ok though. Floors are clean but shower has mould growing. Is not cleaned well. One kitchen cupboard door is hanging and bedside lamp has a broken shade. The shower rose holder is also broken. There is not a lot to do...

Loved our spaciuous room. Enjoyed sunrise and coffee on our huge deck balcony. Loved sunrise with our wine on the balcony deck ! Quiet until 9am, them hordes of toursists queiung for their Boat Tour Trips. The main part of hotel needs to be freshened up as does the open-air dining room----its tired and old looking. Great staff---warm smiles and...

Had a night at this resort. It is beautiful and rooms are well done except for the beds they are rock hard. The breakfast was very average and cold needs a lot of improvement. The staff are lovely and very helpful.

I have stayed in this hotel many times as my daughter used to study at the British International School (BIS) on the other side of the road (Highway 402). It is a convenient location for those visiting the east side especially this school, surrounding areas or even old Phuket Town. You need transport to get to most places and taxi...

Stayed at the Hotel Boat Lagoon having planned a couple of golf rounds and a day Yatch cruise. The hotel per se has simple but very clean and open rooms with a lovely pool flowing along the length of the place. The "usp" however is the surrounding areas -- so immaculately laid out villas and restaurants. The Marina is so...

We stayed at this hotel primarily for its proximity to the British International school which is only 10 minutes away (including traffic) by car or taxi. We stayed in the hotel itself and the rooms (on the ground floor at least) were spacious and provided easy access to dining and pool areas. The pool itself is very large and is...
