Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Excellent hotel and very polite stuff. Nice breakfast with many choices. Very central location close to Omonoia metro station. We were 2 girls and we didn’t feel unsafe. Room was comfortable and there was balcony too. There is cafe-bar at the hotel as well. We enjoyed our stay and had very nice experience. Thank you Christina and Jung A x

We stayed here on Sept 16 & 17 as part of a group tour with Exotica. Hotel was not in the best neighbourhood but close to lots of must see sites and good dining options. Hotel itself is in good condition and what you would expect from a 3* hotel in Europe with small bathroom and small room. Clean hotel overall that offer a typical European breakfast that was fair for cost of hotel. These rooms run about $80 Canadian per night give or take. Water pressure in shower was decent as was comfort of bed. Would have loved a couple extra pillows and a better quality mattress but I guess it was decent value for the money and what I expected from a 3* hotel. If I got a fair price I would stay again

If you want to be in the center of Athens it's an easy hotel to stay in. It has a very big bed and a renewed bathroom. Something simple for a few days at a good price. It's clean near Omonia square and you can walk to most places.

I choose this hotel because of the good price and good location. The hotel is 2 minutes from metro station Omonia. And it is only 20 minutes to Monastiraki metro station, which is in the center and near all historical monuments. There are coffee shops, shops, and fastfoods near the hotel. The room was clean and practical. Staff was friendly and helpfull. Breakfest was realy tasty and rich. I reccomend this hotel to those who is OK with standar hotel servisec in good location.

A budget hotel at a fair price. Helpful staff and an excellent breakfast. A dodgy area but use your common sense and it's fine. Having no knowledge of Athens I chose this hotel based on the 4+ star reviews here on TA. Expect a basic hotel and you won't be disappointed. A fair price and a reasonable experience my only criticism is shower stall is very small and fridge in room not really cold. Shower is walk in which is good for those with mobility issues. I would recommend as long as your expectations are for a good 3 star.

The staff is very friendly but the internet is terrible... we were hoping to get work done while staying there and the internet made it impossible which had a bad impact in our overall trip... would recommend fixing or warning people.

not bad at all. Breakfast is pretty good. the cafe/bar attached to the hotel is nice and has good drinks. we accidentally booked the wrong night and arrived one day early but reception was nice and cooperative and quickly worked out a solution. that being said, the internet is near abysmal considering today's standards. would have definitely given 4 stars if not for that.
