We’ve managed to bring together comfort and modern design in the perfect location. Right in the center of Athens, just a few steps from Syntagma square, the never sleeping Ermou str. and the breathtaking Acropolis we have established the ideal urban destination. With 37 rooms in total, our goal is for you to enjoy a personalized experience, reminiscent of the vintage yet industrialized city of Athens. Greek marble and steel come together harmonically and bring out the Greek chic character of the rooms and the lobby area. Each room is unique and all elements are handpicked and custom made. Our philosophy is quite simple, we wish for our visitors to feel comfortable and at home in such a way that their stay in our hotel will be part of a unique experience of their trip in Athens.

This is a modern hotel cleverly designed behind the facade of a period building. We had a suite with partial courtyard view - a good size and comfortable, with complimentary coffee machine in the room, a firm and large queen bed, well designed bathroom and roomy shower. The room was in good condition, with a few signs of age; it was well serviced and housekeeping was very good.
Major drawcards of this hotel include location at the edge of Plaka, and it's also over the road from the gorgeous national gardens, where the temperature dropped a bit and provided refuge from unseasonal heat and humidity during our visit.
Importantly, the staff were uniformly friendly and helpful - it wouldn't be fair to single out anybody because they were all terrific.
Overall, we felt most comfortable during our 5 nights at this hotel. InnAthens is justifiably popular, and recommended.

I stayed at InnAthens in October 2019. This hotel exceeded all my expectations: convenient location; helpful and friendly staff; clean, quiet and comfortable rooms; and excellent breaffast, all at a good value. It is located in a safe neighborhood just a short few blocks from Syntagma Square, and in the other direction just a few blocks from the historic Plata neighboorhood. Several good restaurants nearby. The staff is very helpful and will make you feel like a family member or close friend. The rooms are very clean and well maintained. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom well designed. I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet my room was, after reading reviews of many other Athens hotels that complained about noise. I never heard any noise at all from either the street or from adjoining rooms. The Wi=Fi was excellent, as I was required to work on my laptop each evening. The breakfast was very tasty and plentiful, and served by a very pleasant staff. The modernist style of the rooms wasn't really to my taste, but this is highly subjective. You have to walk through a restaurant to get to the hotel entrance, but believe me, it is worth it. Finally, i thought the rate, although not inexpensive, was definetely a good value. All in all, highly recommended for your stay in Athens.!

It was a non refundable rate, the hotel contacted us directly and offered us a voucher due to coronavirus. We were lucky that we were able to fly to Greece, upon arrival we were upgraded to a suite. During our stay the staff were warm and attentive. Upon hearing we had a late ferry we were allowed to check out at 15:00 instead of 11:00. All in all this is a wonderful oasis in the perfect location in Athens, cool tasteful rooms with a laid back chilled atmosphere, just what we needed.

The hotel is small and nice, located perfectly near the touristic neighborhood of Plaka, the Akropolis and other important visiting sites in Athens. Nice, airy rooms with air conditioning. A beautiful inner space with lots of beautiful plants and a wonderful and delicious breakfast. The breakfast was really good and one could get refills even if we couldn’t go to the buffet.
One major plus point was the waiter/ doorman they had( I unfortunately don’t know his name). He was very nice and forthcoming.

There were no major problems during our stay in the hotel. However I find that even in a category 3 hotel there should be appropriate lighting in the bathroom for somebody that wants to do her makeup, as well as a normal power outlet. Also the mold spots in the shower even if partially hidden by the dark color of the walls.. still visible.
The room was to my content. We had the suite with atrium view. But already on arrival was one of the paintings on the wall ripped-and no it was not the way it should have been, like sometimes art is... the painting remained as it was, on the wall the whole duration of our stay.. shows a little bit too little interest in the image the hotel wants to promote.
The hotel is also not really appropriate for disabled people, as it has no ramps for wheelchairs.
And my personal discontent point was the wake up call on the last day. I had asked them to arrange for a taxi to take us to the harbor. On the evening before I double checked the pick up hour at the reception, so imagine my panic when said reception called 45 minutes before the given hour and told me the taxi was there.. unfortunately also, the same employee with whom I had spoken the evening before. Not the best wake up call at 6.00 in the morning when one is coming out of the shower.

Dear 552irinac, Thank you for choosing our hotel for your stay. We are glad that you enjoyed our central location, the tastes of our breakfast and the comfortable rooms. We would like to inform you that the paintings are intened to be like the one that you saw in your room - this is part of the decoration. We are really sorry about the inconvenience with the wake up call and we will check the mold stains in the bathroom as we want all our guests to be totally satisfied with their stay. We hope to have the chance to welcome you back in another trip to Athens. Kind regards,

Our vacation to Greece started in Athens for a day and then moved on to Santorini for 3 days, after which we were back in Athens again for a couple of days. I wish we had booked our room here sooner because after staying here first, we were completely spoiled for any other hotel in Athens. We arrived late in the morning after 24 hours of flying and layovers (and no sleep on the planes). The staff came out to the street to greet us when the taxi pulled up and were the perfect introduction to how wonderful the Greek people are. We were completely wiped out and thought we would have to kill some time walking around Athens like zombies until our room was ready. However, much to our very pleasant surprise, our room was actually ready then, check in was quick and easy, and we were able to go up to our rooms and nap right away and get our bodies caught up to Greece time. The room was spacious, modern, full of outlets and USB plugs, and absolutely immaculately clean. Even the bathroom was very large for European hotel standards with a large shower and excellent water pressure and hot water. The room had two small balconies we could step out onto and look down on the beautiful church next door. The street noise was minimal and we slept so well in the very comfortable bed that it didn't affect us at all. Later that evening, we dined at the restaurant (By The Glass) that you must walk past to get to the courtyard of the hotel, and afterwards, enjoyed a complimentary drink from the hotel in the beautiful courtyard with a lemon tree full of giant lemons in the middle of it. The next morning, breakfast was absolutely fantastic, and they had the best egg white omelet of all the places we had breakfast in Greece. I can't say enough about what a fantastic breakfast it was which included fresh squeezed juices, and an incredible variety of breads, pastries, meats, cheeses, vegetables, fruits, cereals - you name it, and they had it. Also, whatever you wanted in the way of coffee - espresso, café Americano, cappuccino - they made it to order for you. If they had vacancies for the second part of our stay in Athens we would have been back. Unfortunately for us, this place is a very popular boutique hotel and had no vacancies on those days. It is well worth its high rating on Trip Advisor, and if you are able to walk, its location is across the street from some ancient sites like Hadrian's Gate and the Temple of Zeus, and not far from the other major ancient attractions in Athens such as the Acropolis and Ancient Agora. If we go back to Athens again, there will be no decision on where to stay. It will be here. If I could give this place 6 stars, I would.

Great Location, walking distance to all of the main attractions (5-15mins). The breakfast is great with an a la carte menu + a buffet selection both included in our stay price (not sure if this is only whilst Covid restrictions applied). We were upgraded to a suite from a standard room & we loved it, the room (D8) was VERY spacious, clean & comfortable (bathrobes + slippers). We had views of the courtyard with a balcony & 2 chairs. We have our next stay at this hotel already booked. The breakfast & reception staff are friendly & helpful, a delight.

Stayed 4 nights and what a great hotel. Spotlessly clean everywhere, staff lovely people (every one of them). We were in a suite as there was three of us staying and it was a fantastic room, very quiet and peaceful at night.

If i had to pick one small detail I found the hairdryer a bit heavy but everything else you could ask for in the room with great toiletries and a coffee maker. Breakfast was lovely with traditional Greek dishes with a modern twist.

The hotel is very covid secure, following all of the procedures and is right in the centre of Athens for all the tourist attractions you would want to see, could walk everywhere. Excellent, reasonably priced restaurants within a few minutes walk too.

This was our first time in Athens and we loved it, hope to return one day and would definitely stay at this hotel,

This hotel has an ideal location in Athens: on a side street so it's relatively quiet and within walking distance of most major attractions. The reception staff was very helpful for check-in and in our case, early check-out. We had a junior suite, which was spacious. The complementary breakfast was excellent.

My friend and I decided on a spur of the moment three day trip to Athens. We booked InnAthens based on three parameters: its central location, its excellent reviews and also the fact that I avoid large hotels as much as possible. So the InnAthens 20-room hotel located within walking distance of everything you want to see on a short trip to Athens, seemed like a good choice.
It exceeded all our expectations. Walking in from the busy street, we found the hotel located around a beautiful interior courtyard. The reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful, as were the people at the breakfast lounge. This hotel is a gem. Thank you InnAthens for your hospitality!
