See notes below. Chania is charming. The bus tour that goes to the Samaria Gorge is a five minute walk. Some of the rooms have beds on a second level so make sure you ask for a single level room if you don't want to manage stairs. Antonia was terrific. Very helpful and personable. Nick was also hospitable and came...

All of the great things being said about Casa Leone are absolutely true! The hotel is full of character and the location is perfect. We stayed at Casa Leone the last three nights of our honeymoon in the Private Honeymoon room. The room is very romantic and has a large private balcony that overlooks the harbor. We enjoyed spending evenings...

We have a wonderful stay in Casa Leone and this is the highlight of my two week trip in Greece. We arrived very late to hotel (1:30 am) and Nickolas waited for us without complaint. The hotel has nice view of the harbour but the most important is the staff, especially Antonia. She gave us all important advices how to...

We spent part of our honeymoon in this lovely hotel. The room was really unique, it was both comfortable and elegant. Antonia made us feel as part of her family. She gave us some advice about what to visit in Chania Prefecture. The breakfasts were the best we've ever had and the views from the dining room are ever better...

If you have a chance to stay in Hania, try to book this hotel. The location is perfect and room and service are excellent. Location: On the Harbor with a view of the lighthouse. There is another very nice popular hotel (it's a Best Western) in the harbor but it's on the other end and around a corner so you...

This review is for Antonio - I promised her I would write a review, having always relied on reviews on this website but never writing one myself. Antonio is the perfect host and the owners are also very welcoming. We were a family of 6 and had 2 beautiful rooms for 5 days, one with a private roof terrace and...

We had left our hotel search until late, and were just grateful to find any room in busy sunny July. So we were thrilled to discover upon our arrival a stunningly beautiful room overlooking the harbor in Chania. The staff was warm and well-informed. The room was lovely, spotless, spacious, one-of-a-kind, with curved doorways, bed curtains, French doors opening onto...
