The room was very well appointed being a mixture of 'traditional' and stylish equipment and furniture.Every possible need was catered for and a modest 'welcome pack' provided.The use of the well cared for terrace was a real bonus although with free air-conditioning we could equally have enjoyed eating in the room. We got off to a bit of a shaky start but everything went uphill (literally and figuratively) from then on! Chania Old Town is full of little narrow alleyways which of course create a fantastic atmosphere at night. However, even with a map and sat nav, it's tricky finding your way around. Pension Eva has five ensuite rooms, tastefully decorated in neutral colours. Its location, steps away from the iconic lighthouse, harbour-front cafes and access to transportation, made it perfect. Pension Eva was recommended by a friend and we were very happy we accepted his advice. This is not five star luxury, but it is very comfortable, very clean and very friendly and helpful hosts. Pension Eva is right in the heart of the Old Town of Chania, very well situated for restaurants, cafes or just strolling along the harbour. For thowe who like to stay in the old town of Chania I can surely recommend Eva Pension. Littke pension but very clean and friendly people. They don't serve breakfast, but they can offer a breakfast in a nearby café. I and my my wife enjoyed staying there and surely will go back next year
