We are a couple, which were looking for relaxing vocation in Crete. We found Spilia Village as a perfect hotel. it is in a small village, there are nice beaches close to the hotel. Great holiday. Really enjoyed our time at Spilia. We stayed in one of the villas which was wonderful as we we were effectively upgraded from the original booking of a superior room. Would certainly recommend the hotel...it felt very traditional and a world away from the mass market all inclusive option typically available through mass tourism. Thanks Spilia!

This is our 2nd time at this hotel. This time it was even beter than the first time. As before we were at the Irine vila. The vila is still in a very good shape. Milk and Illy coffee was waiting for us at the hotel (to take with us to the vila) while the wine was already in the...

We booked through booking.com 2 villas for 2 families of 10 persons. It turned out that one of the two villas were not available, so the management offered 2 suites instead with the same price, which we accepted thinking they were of similar quality. We didn't know though that the 2 "suites" were possibly the worst rooms in the hotel.......

Dear customers, we have read carefully your comments and we would like to quote the following: 1. The booking of rooms, requested via world wide web on line booking system, with which we work flawlessly for years. The reservation program of booking.com, let you book two villas (without pool) instead of one that we have had available. The company (booking,com)...

We stayed for the first week of the season, the hotel was 90% empty but the staff & breakfast were excellent. We booked half board & were the only diners each night, the dinner was most disappointing: we were asked to order at breakfast & the dinner was limited & not freshly cooked, either reheated from food cooked earlier in...

We arrived after the official closing of the reception desk, but had a very friendly welcome from the receptionist who had waited for us to arrive. She explained that the hotel had only opened the previous day after the winter break. The room was over the reception area and shared a balcony with three other rooms only one of which...

We stayed in villa Irene, a villa 700 metres from the hotel. It was very spacious with room for 5. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a single bed. In the living room they had converted the couch in a double bed, giving us 5 beds for our family. It...
