Diamanto and her lovely staff can't do enough for their guests. Nothing is too much trouble. All guests' needs are catered for. The accessible trips are also great. I had a great time. Felt fully relaxed and will definitely return. Thank you all for making it a holiday to remember.

We arrived here in august 2023 for seven nights with my mum who is wheelchair bound and our family. The greeting we received from Dimando when we got off the mini bus was a greeting we’ve never received before. It was so lovely. What an asset to the hotel. From arrival we had dinner waiting for us . Food is beautiful. All cooked fresh for you personally at lunch time, and dinner time it’s a buffet help yourself. Food is grown in the gardens and all organic yum! Was always delicious. Pool was fantastic (highlight of our holiday. My mum could enter the pool with no problems and loved the seats you could sit in. Rooms were lovely (my mum had a suite on the top floor) first time she could ever get out onto a balcony independently. They also had inflatables for the pool which is the first time my mums ever felt comfortable on a lilo. Overall hotel is beautiful and so peaceful it’s almost like having your private villa but with a private cook.. fabulous. If I could give a few constructive criticism based on wheelchair users they would be:- I would say the electric beds aren’t the most comfiest (mattress) But that’s just personal preference as you could feel the springs a little and my mum complained of a sore back with this. It would be lovely to have had a sunlounger for wheelchair users, one more like a chair where it’s higher up as my mum did struggle in the lower ones. We never asked if they had them so didn’t know if they were available but I think others would appreciate those as well. They did have normal chairs and a lovely bench to sit on. Overall it’s a fabulous place and for the first ever time my mum stated she didn’t feel different, and that’s the first ever time she’s felt like that at a hotel. Thank you so much for a great stay and hope to see you again soon.

Excellent hotel! Stayed at a few hotels before that cater for the disabled, and this has been the closest to feeling like a standard hotel (whilst being totally accessible)... The staff are extremely friendly, especially the hotel's manager, and her daughter (Diamanto & Sofia Apostolaki). And, like I said, everything was accessible - entrance, room, bathroom, pool, dining room, excursions, transfer (even the balcony of my room was accessible - which is first for me)... Only minor gripe is that, being quite remote, you don't have the choice of restaurants to try for dinner. But, like I said, it's only a minor gripe - the food at the hotel was delicious!

I think it is a great hotel. Diamanto is a very warm and smiling person, so pleasant. It is a great hotel for disabled persons, with great rooms, a diasabled friendly pool. I think everybody should try this hotel, i really recommend this. The food is great too, with great staff with a good humour. Every disabled person should consider this, it is an experience for life - the best. Every person is taken care of. The hotel is placed with great view, a good training room too. There are cats around the hotel, who is also really nice. I have been there 4 times, and i cant get enough. This hotel definately gets 5/5 stars. Top dollars. Everybody is warm og smiling, and are giving the best.

We have stayed at this resort twice with our daughter who is confined to a wheelchair. Hoists are available, profile beds and a heated swimming pool complete with pool chairs for those who need one. Great food combined with traditional Greek warmth and hospitality make this an ideal place to stay

What a great day at the Eria resort with access for all. This is a small, spacious hotel with every facility you could need. The outside space has a good size warm pool with a ramp to access it and well tended gardens with plenty of space to move around. Very peaceful with no loud music blaring. The staff are really friendly and can’t do enough to help. The food we had for lunch was all freshly prepared and very tasty! The only thing that would make it perfect would be a sun lounger padded cushion especially for a wheelchair user for more comfort although we never asked and I’m sure if we did they would have been able to supply one. A variety of accessible excursions and information of accessible places to go are also on offer. Many thanks for a great day we’ll definitely be back.

Overall staff are lovely, the hotel and swimming pool itself lovely as it has good accessiable for disabled people. I found hair in my meal when I was eating and the food is very repeative each day. Room is clean but the wet room isn’t clean especially the toilet. WiFi poor and not reliable at all. The drinks are expensive and I found myself going to the supermarket a lot cheaper than purchase at the bar.Another hotel is cheap of drinks about average €2 Massive rip off. We were really disappointed to find the nearby beach isn’t accessible for wheelchairs users. We had to travel further by local bus and found better beach with good service and accessible ramp etc. We would not recommend anyone to use this hotel unless you are rich and can afford those expensive drinks and trips
